Best pizza in York County, hands down. Every time I come here this place reminds me of home (I am from Long Island) and this place is run like a place I used to go for lunch during high school. Their specialty pizzas are top notch and change regularly. Prices are good too. Favorite thing to get is their buffalo chicken pizza (sometimes called Volcano) and one of their chocolate chip cookies, which are as big as my hand. Owner is friendly and they (the business) love to support the community. Fundraisers are common (they donated over 2,000 dollars to a family who lost their home last 4th of July). Large selection of pizzas, hot and cold sandwiches. Dining room in the rear is great for families. Cheesesteak was generously filled and French fries were hot and crispy. Meat Lovers Stromboli was filled with ham, sausage, and pepperoni with a nice cup of sauce on the side. So... mixed on this place. Ordered the lunch special (great deal). We had cheese (boring!) pepperoni (boring) meatball (also boring) and the French fry pizza (AMAZING!). Service was pretty awful- asked for forks since there were none and they never brought us any. We were missing 2 slices from our order and they said they had brought them and we said they weren't ours. Anyways- once we got all our food it was pretty OK. The French Fry pizza was ridiculous good. Nice clean spot, ok/questionable service, but they may have just been busy at lunch. read more

Ate in the back room today, got a chef salad with 1 small packet of salad dressing, not near enough. Ask for additional dressing, was told I needed to go back to the counter in the front room and pay for it first. We went there on a Saturday afternoon and it was very busy at the Carlisle Rd York Pa restaurant. The pasta rigatoni was overpowered with garlic so much so that I couldn't taste the herbs and so saturated with olive oil it was greasy. The lemon cake or whatever it was lemony but the desert was at best grocery store bakery quality making it only eat-able. The restaurant was so hot that I felt like a slight burnt pizza and the counter help was uninterested in waiting on me and surly...at best. We will never go there again. read more

Inconsistent. Some days you order and everything's good. Other days not so much. Just ordered 2 large cheese special and the crust was absolutely terrible. It's like they didn't add enough yeast or didn't let it sit long enough to grow. The crust was flat, dry and was like chewing cardboard. So I will start with the place is clean and staff is friendly. However, after ordering my husband had received his Stromboli and was almost finished by the time I received my baked ziti. Which we had to ask about twice. Also, it was not quite what I would call baked ziti. It was more like ziti noodles and then melt a little cheese on top. The place seemed pretty chaotic. We never went to the old Marco's but decided to try the new one. Right off the bat this place is small especially if you have a group of over eight. It's also VERY confusing. Nowhere is there a sign saying you have to go order at the counter or gather up your used dishes and carry them back to the counter. Each person that orders gets a device much like pagers in other restaurants but these help them find you. When they bring your food they don't yell out the number on top of your device that would be too simple no they say in mouse voice what they are carrying and if you can hear what they say you have to tell them. This method is about as stupid as places that insist you tell them your name and shout out everything but your name. I avoid places that need my name when they have a number right there on the receipt in your hand. If everything has a number why can't we use it? I decided I wanted fries but then I saw waffle fries on the menu but it fails to mention they are SEASONED waffle fries. I don't like seasoned fries!!! Well at least my sub was delicious!!!
