When I called back, I was informed I needed to sign a waiver related to my sensitivities. I completed the waiver promptly, but I never received clear follow-up confirmation to finalize the booking. I followed up later that same day and again over the next two days by phone, but received no response or update. I completely understand if a company decides they can't accommodate a request, but losing communication with a potential customer after having them complete paperwork felt unprofessional. A simple "we're unable to move forward" would have been appreciated. Their pricing was also on the higher end compared to other companies I contacted. I ultimately hired another cleaner who had excellent communication, respected my fragrance sensitivities, and did impeccable work. Sharing this so others, especially people with fragrance sensitivities or accommodation needs, know that communication may be inconsistent.

Not the case... I guess this is what usually happens when you hire a company that relies on subcontractors. Subcontractors can't be supervised or monitored, because that would qualify them as employees that means that Cappstone/No More Dirt would have to pay them employment benefits. Yelp is an amazing place to find local service providers (don't be afraid to call a few) And of course, no matter how nice and sweet they may seem to you, don't forget to ask for proof of insurance, specially Insurance for their employees. We are in the process of interviewing a couple of companies we found here on Yelp, unfortunately there's a 30 day notice that Cappstone will enforce, so we'll have to wait a few more days.

Margie did An amazing job cleaning the apt. They came in and did deep cleaning, very thorough. The apt owner had a dog so they had to do a lot of dusting, manual floor cleaning. Did a great job. I'm hoping that Kelly is doing well, as mentioned earlier in her commentary to a negative review, she was injured from a random stray shooting that left her unable to work for some time. I'd say I have a pretty good judgement of character, and based off of my interaction with Isabel, she loves her sister and extended family that she was continuing to keep the family business operational, as this was one, if not, her primary source of income for her family. Unfortunately, at the time when Isabelle told me this story, they were still struggling. I'm hoping they are still in business, as I would like to continue using their services.
