Spoke with Alan from the company to get a quote requested a moving out kitchen and bathroom clean up he insisted on adding the whole place ensuring me they would get the place cleared for inspection. Unfortunately it was misleading they cleaners came and cleaned they called me when they were done I missed the call, called back 5 minutes later no answer and when I went back up they were gone. The cleaning was okay some things great to be fair like the fridge but the oven, window floorboards and various spots around the apartment looked like they weren't touched or not cleaned enough. We did the walk through with the property and they noted all the areas that were still dirty. So unfortunately I still have to pay to have it cleaned properly. Here's a breakdown of my experience with my 1BR/1BA apartment in Oakland: 1) Starting Services: I was initially quoted $200 for a deep clean and $150 for monthly cleanings afterward. A few months in, I noticed I was still being charged $200 monthly. When I reached out, the staff offered a "frequency discount" to bring it down to $180--a bit frustrating, considering the lack of transparency from the start. 2) Move-Out Cleaning: As I was moving out, I realized I had a cleaning scheduled right before handing over my keys, so I kept it on the books. When the cleaner arrived, they called to inform me that a move-out cleaning was priced differently, which I was unaware of. Initially, the front desk staff quoted $200 for the move-out, given the apartment's good condition from regular monthly cleanings. However, 30 minutes into the clean, they called back, saying Clarissa now demanded $280, the rate on their website. I tried discussing the jump, given there was no furniture left in the unit, but Clarissa simply pointed to the website and refused to acknowledge the misquote from her team, nor did she offer any apology for the confusion. It's unfortunate because I'd love to continue using this company--the cleaning staff themselves are great. But the inconsistent pricing, lack of clear communication, and dismissive attitude from the owner make it hard to recommend them. read more

Deceptive services! I have a basic 1 bedroom apartment, and they said they would do an initial deep clean for $210 and future follow up monthly cleanings would be $140. They also initially said the first cleaning would be 2 people, which I think would have been proper, but they only sent one. It was too much of a job for one person to do it in 2 hours, which I specifically told them. After that initial cleaning, I spoke to them and they said they would do the follow up for the agreed upon price of $140, but when I went to book it, they said it would be $210. Again - this is a one bed, one bath, one kitchen apartment. I used to have a pair of people clean it for $100 total, which I would then tip $20. There are even more details and unfortunate exchanges, but suffice it to say, DO NOT USE THEM, they are deceptive and do not get the job done, and do not refund for unsatisfactory work. read more

2 stars giving to the cleaning lady being nice and with no equipment trying her best to support her kids. I booked last minutes and requested to start late (5PM)and I ordered deep cleaning. It's expensive and almost 2x quote of another place. I was told she had help. Cleaner showed up. The main lady was professional but her helps wasn't. Also they don't have the proper tools I will say for the amount of money I was charged and the work I requested. My place is 1400 sqft, very dusty but completely empty and no appliances at all. No gross bathrooms nor kitchen. Everything is just very dusty. What they performed was not deep clean!! It is still very dusty. kitchen drawers and cabinets (they were all empty) still dusty, floor is still really dirty, shower head covered in dust and still dust and dirt everywhere. They cleaned from 5:30 to 10PM I had to leave and her helper were obviously tired and frustrated I feel bad so I was okay (my fault) to let them end. And honestly that was a long time if there was proper help and tools the work can be finished and it will be a proper deep cleaning. read more
