They are the ideal cleaning company for a busy family that spends their time elsewhere, at work with their kids etc. We have them do a variety of cleaning and sometimes deep cleaning and everything has been perfect. We have them come weekly usually Fridays in the morning. Their pricing is reasonable and they do very good work for the prices. Their staff is very nice and have treated us well if we are at the house while they are cleaning. When we moved here it was hard to find a good company. We have tried a few different cleaners before we found them and nothing compares. The other cleaners were good but nothing like Maria Greens. They do better work and at a better price. We have had them do window cleaning and carpet cleaning, and the carpet looks brand new and the windows always spotless! Their staff is very understanding of the work and they work quick! We'd been parting for a while and it really needed a good scrubbing. After looking around for a bit, I came across Maria's Cleaning services here on Yelp. The five star reviews were promising. The service also seemed affordable, so I decided to give it a shot. I opted for the basic cleaning option (on a budget) and wasn't disappointed. The maids that were sent were extremely polite. They went over the interior and got the inside clean pretty efficiently. There were a bunch of rooms that needed some serious work. I did ask for the Deep Home Cleaning package, as there were spots in the carpet that seriously needed some help. They got almost all of the problem areas fixed without issue. The house cleaners went over every room. They actually went into areas that normal cleaning services I've used in the past normally wouldn't. They got behind the couch. The fridge. The bed. The house cleaners dusted all of our shelves, cleaned the miniature figure collection, the whole nine yards. The house cleaners even went as far as to do some general window washing which I sincerely appreciated. Service wise, the house cleaners themselves were extremely polite. This is one of the best maid cleaning service I've ever hired. The price was very reasonable. I needed my house clean after the Thanksgiving parties. They were able to work with me to fit in my schedule. Within a couple hours my house looked flawless! These are the best professional house cleaners in the market today. There were a couple stains in my carpet before and I wasn't sure if they can remove it. After a deep home cleaning, I was surprised to find the stains in my carpet was removed. This cleaning company doesn't use toxic or harmful chemicals to clean. In the past I hired home cleaners that would make my house smell like chemicals after they were done. This was not the case. My home smelled fresh and natural. I also had them clean my windows. I have never hired anyone to do window washing and the results was above my expectation. We recently had a tenant move out of our 2-bedroom rental after living there for 5+ years. The apartment was in a tremendously rough state so I decided to hire Maria's Green Cleaning. Scheduling and planning the appointment was simple and easy, and they were very accommodating to my schedule. They even were willing to come out with the Seattle snow storm. Upon the day of cleaning one employee was able to clean the entire apartment in approximately 4-5 hours. Upon inspection I was really pleased with the overall quality of work. It was a much better job than I and my partner could have done together, especially in the time that it took their employee. However, there were two issues. Part of the cleaning quote was not fulfilled entirely and a bathroom lighting fixture was damaged in the cleaning process. When I discussed this with management they refunded me in full for the replacement lighting fixture as well as reimbursing me for the part of cleaning their employee forgot about. Often time checking in with me by calling and telling where the reimbursement was along the way. While the refund took a little longer than expected, what was important was that when they made a mistake they took responsibility for it, making things right, showing me they both care about their reputation and how happy their customers are.
