This place is over rated. Parking was hard to find especially for coming for the first rime the receptionist wasn't able to direct me on what direction to go or park. I find it unbelievable that I was 4 doors down and I told her what store I was in front of and she said she didn't know. So thanks for Google maps I was able to find. The inside reminded you of an idea setup. Looked real cheap and the chairs weren't comfortable. I liked the quality products they offered like OPI. The manicurist sprayed my nails with a fast dry spray by OPI which really cut down on drying time and worked. That was a first. However my manicure didn't come with the standard hand massage that most salons offer. I mentioned why is that to the receptionist upon check out and she said I would have had to pay 10 bucks extra, which is dissaponting because I was never offered options. i'm in LOVE with this place. mwah! :) 1. super nice staff: all the staffs are super cheery and nice... a definite plus. they offer drinks and are very responsive to how you feel during the service. i was getting cal gel gradations with extensions and when i stuck my hand in the uv lamp with the cal gel painted on, my nails stung for like 2 seconds. (not too much pain tho, i'm not much the one to withstand any sort of pain..) when i cringed a bit she asked me if it was too hot or uncomfortable right away. the staff (Shige(?) was her name) that did my nails was VERY patient too.. i can be ridiculously indecisive when choosing style and color... but she offered advice here and there and voila! i ended up with very satisfying nails. 2. appointment times: in the reviews, i saw that you'd have to make an appointment WEEKS before. that is TRUE. BUT!! when i called in they coincidentally had a cancellation. they say it happens all the time so call and check before scheduling! they were originally gonna pencil me in for June!!(2 of 3 locations at that too..) ridiculous..theres nooo way i could wait that long.. so i was super glad this happened. but they only had time for my mani since i wanted so much done. 3. price: very affordable and reasonable considering what i got done.. i got extensions with glitter cal gel gradation plus two 3d- ribbons on each of my ring fingers. (looks really natural!!) the total? $70 (without tip) it wouldve been almost a $100 in some other places!! 4. parking: they have a valet next to the restaurant right across the street. i missed it since it was my first time going. also you can get it validated- so it's free! :D overall? AWESOME. what more can i say?? they were willing to stay and finish my nails until i was satisfied. i came in saying that i only want gradation but when i requested small designs, they went ahead and did it for me even though it was past the closing time. such sweet people! i'll definitely be going back there again! Sorry to say - this is the worst manicure Ive EVER had!! first of all - be warned - the don't accept credit card transactions for under $50. if you don't have cash - they will suggest you purchase gift certificates to get up to $50. there is an ATM across the street they kindly pointed out after some minutes of the staff suggesting I get the gift certificate. Everyone here seems very nice - the staff all are super sweet. However - I think the place lacks seriously hygenically. It just seems very dirty to me - and Im not a crazy germophobe. I changed my mind from the gel manicure to a regular manicure - (thankfully) - and the manicure lasted all of 15 minutes - excluding the numerous polish re-do's because the the polish was so clumpy and thick. I don't even think it was the right color in the bottle. I can only think Im lucky they didn't have time for a pedicure - Im sorry - but those chairs and tubs look really filthy. The tools were taken right out of their little kit bags - not from a sanitizer or plastic bag. Sorry - but those kit bags are just filled with junk in them - nail files - money from tips, cloths, paint brushes....etc. Im really surprised because Ive heard good things about Marie Nails and Ive tried to get appointments before and they've been very booked up. I was really surprised and disappointed. Like I said - its too bad - all the ladies working there seem so sweet - I wish they would clean up. I should have listened to my instinct and left before I got started. i know a lot of people go here for the painting and Im sure they are very good at it. everyone had the designs going on. i used to go here a lot to get cal gel done...one of the girls aya became somewhat of a friend and she would always do a great job on my nails. i dont know if she works there still but when i used to go, she would never let me wait too long and at the end of our appointment i would always walk out super super giddy at my beautiful new nails. i used to get my nails done a lot when i lived in japan and was soooo happy to find marie nails b/c in comparison to what i used to pay in japan, marie is super affordable. a def must! read more

Generally really great service. The manicurist are very professional and good at what they do. The manicure lasts long. Just make sure that the manicurist is not in a rush -- last time I was there, the manicurist was rushing to finish my mani/pedi and it showed in her work. The full nail wasn't fully covered. BUT 9/10 times this place is a win. read more

I got a pedicure here and it was okay. These girls are great with nail designs and stuff, but not very good with cleaning your feet. I had dirt underneath my toe nails that they weren't able to clean out. For cool designs for nails, I will definitely come back here. To clean my feet, I will go back to going to Vietnamese nail salons. The Vietnamese nail salons can get rid of all the dirt and crap underneath your nails. read more

Erica did my Cal gels for my wedding and they came out really nice. They are super nice and very clean. Best 3D nail artists here.

Best nail salon ever!!!!! I love that they use cal-gel and the fact that my nails can breathe while I can gel on them. The only thing that sucks and why I gave it four stars is that it is almost impossible to get an appointment! I got my nails done on Monday and they are already chipping away! It hasn't even been A WEEK. The staff was majorly unprofessional, and the salon stunk so badly of chemicals, I had to step outside at one point. The woman working on my nails stopped not once, but twice to take a personal call on her cell phone, leaving me at one point for 7 minutes. Everything she did to my nails was rushed and sloppy and anytime I asked for her to fix an error, she'd get exasperated with me, and rough with my hands. Seeing as I was so frustrated with the lack of service, I gave her a $5 tip, instead of my normal $10 - $15 tip. Instead of being thankful for anything, she walked to the front and complained to the receptionist about the amount of $ I gave her as a tip. The receptionist stopped me from leaving and asked if I would like to leave her more than $4? She did this in front of a room of other customers. I could not believe it. I told her "No, I would not, and she is lucky I gave her anything." I am planning on calling the Better Business Bureau to complain. It was an awful experience all around. Insanely overpriced, and I'd leave ZERO stars if I could. read more
