There is plenty of seating and there are also restrooms available. After we had lunch, we ended up purchasing the following from the market side: FInger Kimbap, $6.99 prior to tax- Picked up these to bring with us tomorrow on a day trip to Springfield, MA. Shrimp Tempura Kimbap, $8.99 prior to tax- Picked up these to bring with us tomorrow on a day trip to Springfield, MA. Razor Clams, $22.34 prior to tax- Rarely have we seen razor clams sold in a market (the only other one we have seen them was at a T&T Supermarket in Washington). So we decided to purchase them, even though the price did seem more expensive. We ended up purchasing a little over a pound (it was $14.99 per pound). My husband cooked them back at our Airbnb and they were delicious. Live Lobster, $13.10 prior to tax- Price for live lobster is significantly cheaper than back home in Los Angeles so we knew we had to get one (the last time we were in Boston, we dined out for Lobster over a handful of times and also did purchase them from seafood markets). Lobster was only $7.99 per pound, we got close to 2 pounds. My husband also cooked this back at our Airbnb and the meat was nice and sweet. Pink Apple, $2.51 prior to tax- Ended up only purchasing 2 apples because the quality of fruit seemed to be rather sub par. ----------------------------- (Total= $55 after tax) When we were in the seafood department, we were able to get an employee's attention to help us. But we did see this one young guy just standing there waiting to see if any one would help him. I think at these places, you have to get the attention of the employees if you want to be helped since there was no number or ticket to get for someone to call you when its your turn. Also I was greatly disappointed with the quality of produce on this visit. A lot of the fruit was rather poor quality, looking like some of the fruit was too ripe. And some of the vegetables looked old. Overall, I think our shopping experience was good, just wished the produce was better. But the prices seemed to be pretty good in general and similar to what I have seen back home at our local H Mart. If I was local to this area, I would most likely be a regular here.

Can be pricier than places like Stop&Shop + Star Market but they offer produce from local farms and businesses. I enjoy getting my fruits from here & go here whenever I need stuff to make asap since it's the closest market to me. I would definitely come here more often if they were open a little later; they close at 7pm daily. And yes, the parking lot can be a bit chaotic but just park towards the back, & back in so that there's no funny business when leaving ;)

You'll run into a little trouble with prepared foods if you're on a budget, though. At one point, their hot food bar was more pricey that Whole Foods. The dining section is clean and well-lighted. It's a decent place to meet up. Service is generally friendly here though I don't really need to seek out help, other than at the check-out counter or customer service. Usually though experiences have been positive. The major advantage is that Wegs is open until midnight, which is great for those that want a less crowded shopping experience (clutch during the pandemic).

I called to confirm specifics on the cake design, and submitted two weeks in advance. 24 hours before pickup time, I received a confirmation email/reminder to pick up the cake. 12 hours before pickup, at 9PM, I received a call saying they could not make the cake design, and cited a copy right issue. Wegmans had no response to me asking why I was informed so late, and no response to me that I previously called to confirm they could do this cake. Honestly, leaving me to try to fix my 6 year olds birthday cake for his party with less than 10 hours before the party should be zero stars...

My family and I have shopped here for several decades. In addition to Chicken Parm, we frequent the deli counter for cold cuts and sandwiches. We also leave with calzones when available behind the checkout counter. Their Italian cookies are delicious, and the selection of olives is not to be missed. I've always found the people working here to be exceptionally helpful and friendly (and Monday's visit proved the point once again.)
