Tina did my nails & did a great job. She did exactly what I asked for and I love them! I will definitely be back.

On 3/10 Tuesday at 5:30pm my husband and I visited this establishment it was nice and clean. We made a walk in appointment I need to get an acrylic fill and a shape change. When we sat down right away we didn't have to wait, I've told the lady I wanted an acrylic fill and nail shape change to almond, lady responded "okay but it's $10 extra charge." And I agreed with that, then I wanted chrome I wanted a green chrome color. I think she found what she looking for the nail last responded with"it $5 extra charge you want!? " I said no. Then she's started cleaning hear station and while filing my nails she started talking to her colleagues in their language I couldn't understand of what was being said but very unprofessional. While she was filing my nail; the nail lady filed down my nails a lot harder than before. And when she was filing my shapes to create the shape that I chose; I looked at my nails I didn't say anything yet. The nail lady said" what's wrong with nail?" I answered my left thumb and ring finger is crooked." Then she said " I know I'm not done." I sense attitude from her and kept her to her colleagues in their language. (She kept on talking to her colleagues in the entire appointment and spoke to me and husband in English). Over all experience was fine not the best, I like the overall shape of my nails but the quality wasn't best. There are some spots that are properly filled down and uneven buffing, the acrylic application was not properly it's uneven and she's the wrong tools for filing and buffing my nails. I never once was used a proper tool or even sterilized her after she used them. All of tool were dirty. (She use the same brush to wipe dust on my nails and use the same brush to dust off dirt/dust on the counter and used it again on my nails. VERY unhygienic!! )) We won't be coming because my nail lady gave me attitude and I didn't feel comfortable when everyone was speaking in their language and I don't know any what they are talking about, not professional. Lastly to end with this she didn't sterilize her tools and equipment. read more

Most of the women do a decent job on pedicures and manicures. I have a problem with how unfriendly they are. Unwelcoming. Standoffish. Cold. Customer service unavailable. Little communication. I wont bother to go here again. Lots of other nail shops to choose from. read more

The last three years I have had very good experiences here. But not today. Getting a pedicure today was a terrible experience. The technician was odd and seemed to be talking to herself in a low tone or perhaps the other techs. Bottom line is I was burnt by the paraffin wax being way too hot and ended up leaving the chair before pedicure was complete. I lost my temper and yelled at the staff. I did not pay for pedicure. I tried to get name and number of manager or owner but was told 1st that they didn't know their name. I did not cover myself in glory by any means. But burning your customer is unacceptable. read more

This has been my go to place for a while now but recently my nails do not last, and they pop off very easily. This has not been my experience in the past, but as of recently in the last 4 to 5 months every time I have come in here, my nails pop off within days. Most recently I got my nails done on 12/18 and by 12/23 two of my nails had already popped off just from making my son's bed. Today is 12/27 and three others have popped off I have always loved how clean this salon was and the work they do is truly beautiful, but I unfortunately will be looking for a new salon because I am tired of throwing money down the drain for nails that don't last. read more

First time here, was nice to be able to call and get an apt at the time I needed, but nails felt and look rushed. No cleaning up my cuticles, or skin around my nail, and the paint job and fill doesn't look fresh and new. Two days later already look like a 2 week old manicure. Disappointed. I have gotten a manicure and pedicure here now and can confidently say I have walked away super happy both times! They did exactly what I wanted for my dip set and designs were on point! Tina was a perfectionist which I appreciate and took my feedback to achieve the exact look I was going for. The only reason I gave 4 stars is I am kind of a germaphobe and not sure how clean the equipment they used on me were or their sanitization process of the tools are but can update once I learn more. Went in for a dip powder manicure with a matching pedicure. Not only does my manicure look nothing like my pedicure, I can still see my real nails under my powder manicure. I should not be able to see my real nail lines underneath a color. She clearly did not do enough coats and when I pointed it out, she proceeded to just finish my nails as is. Tina is my go-to pedicure queen. The attention to detail, my gosh! Anytime I want a design, she nails it! See what I did there? Just look at how beautiful her nail art is. I'll show a picture below. She takes her time. The water I soak my feet in is always perfect. Never too hot. Never too cold. She never rushes through her appt with me. So, I had to find a nail place. After a quick search on Yelp I found R.A. Nails. With no idea of what I was doing, I called and got an appointment same day! The place was peaceful and clean. I was sat down right away. My first experience was pretty awesome! Helen did an amazing job from the pedicure to the massage to the nail art. I will definitely be back and I will see her again! I've been coming here for a few years but will be going elsewhere from now on. I made an appointment a week in advance. I show up to my appointment for a BASIC gel manicure. They switched technicians 3 times during the appointment. Rushed through every step of the manicure and did a sloppy job. Not only did the paint not even go down to the cuticle but they got paint on my fingers. They ended the manicure by pouring oil on my fingers, telling me to rub it in myself, and that I was done. As I went to pay, the lady said "you need to make an appointment next time" I told her that I spoke to a guy over the phone when I made the appointment a week ago. Her response was "oh he's on vacation". How is that my fault? What a waste of $40. I now have to get them re-done because they look grown out. read more
