Do not stay here unless you want to stay in a disgusting hotel and have lies told to your bank when you refuse to stay! We checked in to this place on August 1, 2019 and had to pay for a full 5 day stay before we were given access to the room. Red Flag! Within 20 minutes we were asking for another room. Our room's phone had the wire cut, the restroom looked like someone had used it, there was dust everywhere. This room looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. When we asked for another room we were told they were sold out and didn't have another room, which seemed odd since we had reduced our reservations from 2 rooms to 1 a few hours prior to arrival. When we left the room to go to the lobby we took pictures of what appeared to be dog shit on the carpet in front of the room next door, which wasn't there when we went into our room. We told the lady at the front counter about the shit on the carpet and we were told only the "boss" could do something for us and he would not be there until the next day. We told the young lady the room was disgusting and could not stay even 1 night. She said she was sorry but did not offer any other option. We then checked out and were told they do not give any proof of check out or receipt when leaving. Another Red Flag! By this time we had already contacted our bank and asked how to fight this charge, if they did in fact try to charge us. Now three months later we are still fighting the full 5 day charge and they have even sent my bank fake documents supposedly showing we stayed for 5 days! Good thing for us we have proof of our stay in a Red roof Inn that we stayed at across town for the same time frame. Believe me this is the first review of many complaints to come, from the city of Des Moines Washington to Google to anywhere else, as long as this place keeps trying to steal from us, we will fight them to the end!!!

Very quaint and beachy feeling of 70's nostalgia. Friendly and helpful staff. Super convenient location for us to walk to marina and cafés.

Theres probably 20 people waiting around and the staff is helping a man. Theres another man in line and then me. I stood there for OVER 30 minutes just for her to say "Check isn't until 4pm, and I have to check in all these people who have been here since 11am." Confused, I reiterate to make sure I'm understanding her correct. "So I cant check in till 4, but everyone else is gonna check in now." She goes "Yeah." COOL. I come back at 3:56pm because I have to wait until my turn at 4pm and the lobby is empty. So everyone was able to check in BEFORE 4 clearly, but I had to wait. A different lady checked us in and was great. Overall this place is pathetic, ridiculous, and absolutely my first and last time at Sheraton.

Choosing a Marriott-branded property like the Four Points by Sheraton for airport parking usually…read moreimplies a certain standard of professional logistics, but this experience was a failure from start to finish. The facility provides zero clear signage for travelers, leading me to park near S 224th St only to find every access door locked. This forced a long walk around the building just to check in, which is where the operational incompetence truly began. The check-in process is bafflingly manual for the year 2026. Rather than using license plate recognition or a digital reservation system, the staff required a tedious amount of information just to hand-write a paper slip. I then had to walk all the way back to my vehicle to place it on the dashboard. This unnecessary back-and-forth created a bottleneck that frustrated the shuttle driver, who then directed his irritation at me because the hotel's own inefficient system had put him behind schedule. The return journey was the most egregious part of the experience. After calling from baggage claim and being assured a shuttle was on the way, I was left stranded at the pickup location for over forty minutes. During that time, I watched a constant parade of competitors pass by at least twice while the Four Points shuttle remained a no-show. I eventually had to give up on the service I already paid for and shell out an additional $30 for an Uber just to reach my own vehicle. Do not let the brand name mislead you into expecting a modern or reliable operation. This facility is disorganized and significantly behind the times. If you value your time and want to avoid paying a "hidden" Uber tax to get back to your car, you are much better off choosing a professional dedicated lot. Master Park, WallyPark, Doug Fox, and Park n Jet all showed far superior frequency and reliability during the forty minutes I spent waiting for a shuttle that never arrived.

Let's start with the parking lot, which appears to have been designed exclusively for clown cars or perhaps very optimistic compact vehicles. If you're driving anything larger than a shoebox, prepare for a thrilling game of "will this fit," followed by a graceful 17-point turn. The rooms are described as comfortable, which I assume is hospitality code for "cozy if you don't inhale too deeply." Spacious is not a word I would use unless we are comparing it to a broom closet. Now, if you enjoy saunas but wish they came without consent, you're in luck. My heater was stuck at a steady 78 degrees day and night, turning my room into a tropical retreat I never asked for. To their credit, they did move me... to a room where I could enjoy the next feature. Trains. Loud, proud, earth-shaking trains. All day. All night. Not "in the distance" trains, but "is there a locomotive in my hallway" trains. If you've ever wanted to feel like you're sleeping directly on a railroad track, this is your moment. There is technically a water view, which sounds lovely until you realize the parking lot sits right below your window. So when you open the blinds, you're not just enjoying the scenery, you're starring in it. Breakfast was... ambitious. I would have gladly paid extra for something edible, or at least something that didn't feel like it lost a fight with a microwave. After working a very long night, I thought maybe, just maybe, there'd be a small gesture of goodwill like a late checkout. Instead, I was told they had 68 checkouts that day, which apparently made flexibility impossible. No apology, no acknowledgment of the sauna experience, no effort to make it right. Just a firm "time to go." All things considered, I'd rate this stay somewhere between a 1 and a 2 out of 5. I won't be returning, and consider this your friendly warning: if you stay here, bring a small car, earplugs, and a strong sense of humor.

Airport shuttle picked us up from airport and let us know he would also do shuttle runs to restaurants or anywhere around the airport!! I was so happy about this because only an IHop is by the hotel itself. We checked in and went down to get the shuttle to Sharps Roadhouse...and that was amazing if you want to see my review on that. The room is comfortable with a microwave and a fridge...coffee maker...but the breakfast area has coffee. We went down at 7 am and got a very decent coffee..awesome orange juice and yogurt. Hub got toast and liked it....really nice little breakfast. I would stay here for sure next time...not too expensive...and I thought it was a quiet place to stay, but we were on the third floor.

Stayed at this hotel before and after an Alaskan cruise - my family specifically booked this hotel…read morebecause of the ease of getting from the airport to the hotel (and then eventually to the port and back) - we called for an airport pickup when we arrived at SEA-TAC, that didn't show up for an hour and a half. Then they were not prepared for the amount of people that had piled up, so half of my family got left behind. That shouldn't be a problem right? Because the hotel is only 6 minutes away (you'd think.) my family didn't get here until an hour later. Then, today, when we called for port to hotel service they again didn't show up with enough space for the amount of people they were picking up, so they stuffed 15 people into a sprinter van - why didn't the driver ask the extra people to catch the next one, I will never know - but that 45 minute bus ride was not only unsafe but from hell. This hotel also also doesn't let you store your bags for the day without charge (I've worked at hotels before - I think that's weird and greedy) - there are a few walkable food things, but genuinely beware of the homeless because they screamed at us on our walks - the Tapatia taco truck near angle lake is super yummy - anyways that's my story, my family and I will never stay here ever again :) Sad "breakfast" - The transfers were $27 each way to and from the port, and early check in at 12 will cost you more than $30 lol - The one star is for having a clean looking room - this hotel is for people on a budget, if that's not you then you'll be really disappointed here

Imagine this. You…read moreleave New York after a long 12 days. Your Russian blue cat keeps escaping and needs you home. And You're full of bagels and fatigue. Your flight is so delayed that you end up missing your connecting flight in Seattle by 3 minutes. It's 10 pm. You're crying. You ask Alaska airlines for another flight. It's not until 9:45am. You ask for a hotel. They tell you "no". You threaten to unalive yourself. They give you a hotel. The Doubletree by Hilton. You take the shuttle and check in. Your breath stinks, you're tired, your eyes are puffy and red and a bit crusty too. The front desk agent is a Filipina with kind eyes. She gives you a warm chocolate chip oat and walnut cookie that you shove greedily in your mouth. It's delicious. She gives you a second cookie, a toothbrush, toothpaste and a room key. The room is next to Valerie, who you trauma bonded with at the Alaska airlines customer service counter. The room is clean, there's a large tv and desk. The furniture looks a bit older and wooden. The A/C is set to a pleasant temperature. There's a built in phone charger on the bedside table. You shower, and the water is warm and the pressure is strong. You no longer stink. Your breadth is minty. You crawl into bed. The bed is comfortable. You sleep like a dead rat. It's glorious. Look, the airport Hilton doubletree isn't the fanciest of accommodations, but a warm cookie, a sympathetic front desk agent and a toothbrush goes a long way when you're having a hard time.

To make it worse, the room had no AC and no windows that opened, so there was no way to get fresh air or cool down. Customer service was a bigger issue. Staff seemed indifferent at best, and basic requests went unaddressed or were handled with a level of rudeness I wasn't expecting from a Hilton property. The shuttle service was the low point. It was scheduled to run every 20 minutes but was more like every 45, and drivers were consistently late and openly rude to guests easily the worst shuttle experience I've had at any hotel in Washington state. At one point, the driver left passengers stranded at the airport, forcing me to take an Uber to the hotel instead. When I arrived, I saw that same driver standing on the steps chatting with another driver no sense of urgency or care for the guests who'd been left waiting. I expect more from this brand, and this location fell far short. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
