We opted to stay up there because by that time they had given away the table that they were trying to offer us. I am not exaggerating when I say we were left upstairs for over 40 minutes before he came back to ask if we wanted drinks or appetizers. Not his fault because it appeared this woman was too busy yapping it up with some older man who was at the bar and the younger woman was just there. Harrison was doing the doordash orders, and everything else. I asked if someone was going to come up soon and this woman with reddish hair with attitude said "umm, yeah". 2nd mistake she made. I went back upstairs and our waiter came back up about 10 minutes later. He took our orders and was left to manage us alone. Overall I think he did the best he could, but there is absolutely NO REASON AT ALL it should have taken 2-1/2 hours for us to order/eat. We didn't order anything complicated, but it seems like everyone downstairs was being tended to while we were just left upstairs in the heat. Having to have my son go downstairs and ask for the check and food containers, is also ridiculous -3rd mistake!! Again, Harrison was great and we do not blame him at all, but this young gentleman should have been given help from the beginning instead of having him do every damn thing. Extremely disappointed and am pretty sure the owners of this place have no idea what their manager does and they seriously need to re-think who they have greeting and TRAIN them properly. She is lucky I didn't lose it on her with the way she responded to me when I asked if someone was going to come up soon. She is absolutely, HORRIBLE.
