It was just iceberg lettuce with croutons and dressing in the side. The build your own pasta dishes were fantastic! The service was not great however, and this wasn't a unique experience as we've been here before and experienced poor service. Our waitress started out attentive but after our appetizers came, she didn't come back for about 15-20 mins to take our order. Our main dishes took about 30 minutes to come out. Once they did we never saw our waitress afterwards. We waited about 30-45 more mins and then we finally went to go find her to ask for to go boxes and the check. All in all we were there for about two hours, but not for good reason. I think this place has great potential, they just need to better train their staff to be more attentive.

Absolutely disgusted with my recent order from Palermo and then you have the audacity to not answer…read morethe phone. I order the same 2 items from Palermo, lasagna and a pizza either ricotta, fennel sausage and pepperoni. I should have known that my food would be subpar when they had to check if they were still taking to go orders at 5:00pm. My spouse picked up the order so had no idea of what to expect but when they got home not only was there no bag with bread and Parmesan cheese, I just knew it was a show. Why is there cheese wiz on top of the pizza, why is the food cold and where is the bread etc. Palermo, you should absolutely be ashamed of your restaurant. If you can't do it right because you're closing, say that. But don't sell BS on a platter for $50 and expect a customer to just take it. No I will not be returning, an absolute waste of a drive and money. Do better.

The food, service, atmosphere.. amazing. Honestly Idk why…read morethis place isn't a 4.5+ rating on here! Definitely underrated. Family friendly and the food was bomb. We sat in the back room which is soo cute. So glad we checked this place out! The calamari was soo good. It wasn't overly battered and fried, it was just perfect. And my pasta.. omg.. just try it. Everything we ordered was recommended and everything we ordered was amazing. 10/10 recommend. Also so cute again but they have a gelato and bakery inside as well.. and if you're a "first timer" you get a free gelato! Service was great. Every 10 mins staff was checking in and cleaning away plates! Love it!!

As my usual reviews are to help any vegan person or person dating a vegan help find a place to dine…read moreout to. This was my second time visiting and came in with my vegan boyfriend. We went in blindly as their menu doesn't share vegan options. While the options are limited, Rudy was awesome, so kind and very helpful pinpointing what we were able to order for him. There are quite a few pasta options. BF opted for the SPAGHETTINI ORTOLANO. Was simple but filled with veggies. The focaccia also does not have dairy/egg he was able to enjoy that with the seasoned olive oil they provide. Overall it was a great experience! Staff is always so friendly at this location. Hopefully they add more vegan options in the future. Or mgmt updates menus to annotate what can be made vegan (e.g sub cheese, etc) But we'll be back
