Regardless of which one you get, they taste amazing and you won't be disappointed! Oysters are the cleanest and biggest around. The 7 Mares, tacos, enchiladas, burritos, guacamole, tortas are incredible. The way the steak is seasoned is second to none in the area. Micheladas are on point and ask for a top shelf margarita but be careful because they creep up on you. Upon entering the restaurant, it's clearly posted that there is an 18% tip added to your service no matter how big your party is. Don't let this discourage you because the food is worth it. The ambiance is great. They have touch tunes and you're able to play whatever music you want. If you are feeling brave, they have slot machines available. Short version: food was decent, margarita was just okay, but wouldn't order again. Big reason for only a 3 star review was the check out experience. Not sure I would go back again. Ambiance was fine, no issues. The house margarita was just okay - little artificial tasting with a little too much sweet/sour mix The chips were tasty, but the salsa's were more like hot sauces to dip in, not "salsa" to dig a chip into, otherwise, the food was tasty! We got the beef & shrimp entree and it was great. My reason for not giving this place more stars is because they didn't tell us to pay at the register. We waited a while and tried to flag down our waitress to get our check, but no luck. We finally watched someone else just get up and pay and we did the same. They kept the table's checks behind the register by by table number. My other big reason for not giving more stars is for a 2 top table, they automatically added 18% gratuity. This is my absolute favorite restaurant in the area. Slow down when you get near or you might miss it!!! Burritos, enchiladas, and mole are amazing. I love them so I can't brave trying anything else. I was craving tacos yesterday and pulled out the trusty iphone to find a joint...urbanspoon is awesome. Anyhow, it popped this place up and although they only had 6 people vote, all 6 stated they liked it - so I went. I am now the 7th person to like this place. The lady at the counter is pretty dumb but who cares, the tacos are good. I had the steak taco for my first adventure here but now I'm dreaming about the other things I should of got. I love that they make the shrimp cocktails right up front and prepare the Aguas prepradadas right in front of you as well....the one to try is the carbonated water, lime juice, salt and sugar mix. Bad service !!! After over 15 min that we got there we got acknowledge after that they took another 15 min to ask us what we wanted to drink and not mention the time for our food to arrive ughhh took over 1 hr to finally eat during all that time no one bother to ask us if we needed drink refills or anything... Towards the end I took my son to the bathroom, bathrooms had no paper toilet and no napkins luckily I had my purse with my own tissue.
