The cookies are made to order and baked fresh so give it a good 45 minute or so for the cookies to be ready! We were feeling lazy so we ordered it for local delivery (+$10) but they kept in touch over text and kept us in the loop about our cookie delivery! The cookies are MASSIVE and absolutely delicious! I have had Tropitai in person and takeout. I live roughly 30 minutes away and the way they packed the shaved ice, it was still pretty solid by the time I was home. Everything I have had from here has been delicious. My favorites are the wintermelon shaved ice and the wintermelon tea. I can't remember what fresh milk was but it was delicious. Both are very cooling and perfect after an exhausting stressful day. They're not overly sweet even with the condensed milk. Just right. I finally came in person and it's very homey and reminds me of the warmth at my grandparents with all the figurines. Service is super friendly. It's very clean and there's plenty of seating.
