Mr. Patron delivers if you are looking for a festive, fun, crazy atmosphere! Watching the Copa Mundial there was a blast. So loud! So many cheering fans! So much other stuff going on and many, many TVs including a huge 4k in the main room. Waiters buzzed through the crowd, hustling hard to schlep drinks and buckets of Dos Equis. The food was limited because of the World Cup crowd so I had chicken tacos and a cantarito. The tacos were not very good. The meat tasted kind of pre-cooked and old, disguised in onions and a hot jalapeño verde sauce. The fries a friend ordered looked good. The sopapillas were good. I would only drink if I were to go back. If the World Cup wasn't enough, in walked a band! We left before they played, but the tuba and drums signaled how serious it is! Eager to go hear the music there again.

Overall, it was an okay experience at Mr. Patron. The drinks were really good and the oysters were fresh, which we enjoyed. Service was friendly and attentive, but the wait felt a little off today. The dishes themselves were solid -- about an 7/10 -- but the timing could definitely improve. Not a bad visit, just not our best one. Also the music can be a lil annoying at times. Not the best selection of songs

Motorcycle parked in the "only" handicap spot.

Not quite what I was expecting, they have several TV's up and the bronco game was on. The big tv, and I mean big is the size of the wall. Not a lot on the menu, but the food was good. My friend's only complaint is that the skin was still on his shrimp, and was really messy trying to peel it off. The waiter was very friendly, but we had a hard time trying to get his attention for the check. The thing that was the biggest let down is that the parking is extremely tight, there is only 1 handicap spot and there was a motorcycle parked in it. Makes me wonder if it belong to an employee, as we were there well over a hour, and that bike was there when we arrived and was still there when we left. That is the main reason for the poor rating. As 2 of us use a cane, and we had to park a block away.

Nestled on a corner, this restaurant is a must try! From the fun vibe, to the great service, to the delicious food, we had a great experience. We ordered guacamole as an app, that was made freshly in front of us. For drinks we ordered a strawberry and a mango margarita. I ordered the Panko Chicken burger and my husband ordered the Parrilada De Carnes. Everything was seriously so delicious! We will definitely be back!

Absolutely Exceptional…read more Jack's on Pearl exceeded every expectation. As Texas transplants, we've enjoyed some incredible steakhouses over the years and have traveled extensively, but this was truly one of the best dining experiences we've had. We even drove up from Colorado Springs for our 18th wedding anniversary, and it was worth every mile. We started with the wedge salad, which was fresh, crisp, and packed with flavor--easily one of the best wedge salads we've ever had. The warm bread service was incredible and paired perfectly with the house-made spreads. The mac and cheese was rich, creamy, and absolutely unforgettable. The highlight of the evening was the Wagyu steak topped with cheesy potato croquettes. It was cooked to perfection and so tender it practically melted in your mouth. Every bite was packed with incredible flavor and was one of those dishes you continue talking about long after the meal is over. What impressed us most was that every single item we ordered was exceptional. The quality of the ingredients, attention to detail, presentation, atmosphere, and service were all top-notch. After reading some of the reviews beforehand, we weren't sure what to expect. In our experience, this restaurant is incredibly underrated. Our meal, service, and overall experience were outstanding from start to finish. If you're looking for a special dinner, anniversary celebration, or simply one of the best meals you'll have in Colorado, Jack's on Pearl is absolutely worth the visit. We will definitely be back and will be recommending it to friends and family. Thank you to the entire team for making our 18th anniversary so memorable. -- Andrea & Sergio

We ordered the salmon Sashimi to start (epic), the Hipster Wedge salad, (yummmm) and the filet Champion style. THAT was one of the best steaks we have ever eaten. Incredible. The service was outstanding, the lighting/ ambiance were perfect. Pearl Street in Denver is a cool little district to walk around when the weather is nice too. Loved the area! We will be back!

I had requested a garlic flavoring with a mild touch. I have to say I was very disappointed to get scallops with no flavor enhancements, say with like some old bay. I got the scallops with a side of 3 red potatoes with no flavorings. As if this was not already a sub par meal, the waitstaff were extremely slow and seemed to be in no rush to wait on me. $45.00 including tip ( I'm not a bad sport) For a lack luster attempt at Cajun cuisine. I would not recommend this restaurant.

Our server, Malik, was so professional, courteous, engaging, gave us great suggestions and our meal experience was even better with him as our server! We ordered the Happy Hour cocktails of lemon drop martinis and a regular martini. Ordered a half-dozen of the Pearl oysters and they were so yummy, we ordered another half-dozen. Well-presented and delicious! We then ordered the Nantucket Risotto (only been on the menu for 2 weeks), the Blue Island Diver's Platter (ask for the octopus), a Happy Hour Crispy Slider and Fish Taco. We combined this with a glass of white wine and red wine. The meal was absolutely fabulous and we then finished this spectacular meal with sharing a key lime pie. Once again, Malik made this meal even better with his genuine smile, attentiveness and efficiency. I will say for the oyster deal it has been good, but sometimes the oysters aren't cleaned well. Again a hit and miss. The ambiance is nice and soothing, very ocean blue. We have also tried some sides and other entrees. The shrimp entree was good but lacked some salt. The burger was amazing with the bacon jam and always have the best shoestring fries. I also got an order of the crispy rice that has a salmon and a tuna. The salmon was way too sweet and had a fishy aftertaste that I disliked. The truffle tuna was definitely the better one of the two. However, the rice itself was absolutely mushy and not necessarily crispy. It also didn't have the best flavor. Desserts tried were the olive oil orange cake and the brownie. both are OK and nice and sweet, but not something I would spend money on Overall, truly think this place is a hit and miss. Just depends on the night.

We changed that yesterday. We were trying to think of a new place to go try and the crab House popped into our thoughts. And we're so glad we went! We came in after lunch and before dinner so it was a little quiet in there when we came, but you could tell this is just how she does things. The food was fresh. It wasn't salty which we kind of expected. The prices were very reasonable and we're glad we don't have to go all the way to Denver to get this type of food anymore. Coming from Illinois we had a quite a few of these types of places near where we lived, but we don't have a lot of Cajun seafood here in Colorado. I was very happy to find something that wasn't terribly far from home, was clean, and the food was delicious! If I can give any critique, I wish the shrimp was just a little fresher. All the staff members I encountered were very friendly, nice and attentive which was a huge plus, especially considering how busy it was that day. If I could give a 4.5, I would, I think that's right on the money. The drinks were nice, the food was good, and the service was great! There were some very minor things that could use improvement in the food-- but I'm being VERY critical. The server was bragging about how nice and "not tough" the octopus is, so we made sure to get that for an appetizer. But it came plated a little sloppy, and I felt it to be pretty tough (not chewy), just tough. But the steaks were a highlight! We shared the filet flight. All three were very very good. One person at our table was vegan, and they catered to her very well. Her entree of a vegan risotto was actually the most beautiful plate on the table, and had some excellent flavors! The duck fat fries earn an honorable mention. They have some sugar on them, so they're sweet-- very interesting, but delicious. All in all, I had a great time, and the service pushed it over the edge. And the food was very well done, too. I'll be back here for dinner, annually, but back for happy hour more often.
