Found a thick black hair in our burrito, gross but it happens. The problem was that they still tried to charge us for it and still argued that the person who made it was a blonde. I had a great experience with this place. I discovered it on yelp, and I'm so glad I did, because I probably would've driven past it and never noticed it otherwise. It's small but feels homey, and the delicious food and drinks do all the talking. Parking is a little rough, I found a lot a block away and just walked, because no parking was available right next to the restaurant. The service was relatively friendly; they're very "to the point". You order at the food counter for tacos, then at the drink counter in back for your drink. After you've eaten, you pay. This is a little convoluted but it isn't a busy place so it wasn't hard to maneuver. I ordered three adobada tacos and a mangonada. The tacos were delicious; perfectly seasoned with plenty of meat, and their homemade tortillas are to die for. I could've eaten 10 more. I asked for limes and salsa on the side and they happily obliged. The mangonada was perfect as well. I love how they use real mango for the base, rather than solely fruit juice. It was one of the best mangonadas I've had. It was overflowing and full of flavor. The total for my three tacos and mangonada came to about $10, which seemed a little steep at first but I'm assuming the mangonada was pricey because of all of the fruit stuffed inside. All in all I'd definitely recommend this place. read more

Great agua frescas, we tried watermelon and jamaica. We both ordered tacos, the home made tortillas are good but the meat and salsas could of used more flavor. The asada needed some seasoning and didn't taste to fresh, same with the shrimp taco. The carnitas and el pastor were tasty. I got 2 chicken and 2 of their shredded beef which was extremely salty. Only plus side was their tortillas are handmade. But other than that super disappointed. I placed the order to go so there was no way I was able to drive all the way back to get the right order. Although they made the tortillas fresh they was no seasoning on the meat. Also bought a shrimp quesadilla which again had little to no flavor and the shrimp was over cooked. I paid $16 before I left with a Gatorade, way too much for what I got. Maybe this is not their specialty... won't be returning in future. read more
