I thought the seasoning was great, the medium spice was perfectly medium. We both thought the seafood was cooked/timed well. The shells peeled right off without sticking. The Eggs: My over-easy eggs had crispy, hard edges and arrived at a temperature I'd describe as "lukewarm at best." We also had to hunt down salt and pepper like we were on a scavenger hunt. Honestly, I probably should have just hit the buffet and cut out the middleman. The Service Our server was perfectly nice, but he appeared to be roughly twelve years old. Since he wasn't legally old enough to understand the complexity of a craft cocktail, he couldn't give us any info on the drink menu. We just had to "go with our gut"--which is a dangerous game when tequila and cold brew are involved. They do a good job of making sure that the sushi train is full of multiple different options. They also do a good job of placing items on the train at different locations around the bar. I have been to places that didn't do this and you had to wait forever to get something. If you want something special that you have not seen just ask the staff and they will make it for you.
