The ensalata was the stand-out, being their take on a Caesar. Our drinks were awesome, and everyone was incredibly sweet. Our server was excellent, and helped us confidently order each thing on the menu. His descriptions of the plates were phenomenal. Because of the changing menu, we will have to come back. We were sad there was no tres leches, but we ordered the carrot cake. It was a nice way to end the meal, and we left perfectly satisfied, not wanting more or feeling over-stuffed.

My rule of thumb is that if a place has Cochinita Pibil on the menu, then they can be counted on to do things right. The horchata was cool and soothing, even though it had a wonderful, over-the-top cinnamon flavor. Having tables with permanently assigned numbers, and having your table assigned at the time you place your order makes for a spectacularly efficient way of getting you settled, and getting your food to the table in short order. Their artwork adds to the joyous ambiance - photo tributes to entertainers makes it fun.
