Pulpo zarandeado is very good and cooked to perfection.

Great service and food. Food is always delicious and fresh. Me and my family enjoy coming here as we feel so welcomed by all the staff, makes us feel like home. Beer specials and happy hour is a must.

Service was friendly and food was good but the parking is extremely limited. A real small restaurant maybe can fit 40 people inside but they have tables outside for another 30 people. It's very loud inside with music and big television that you can see but not hear with the loud music. As far as seafood selections they have it all. Hope it's fresh they do have an A from LA COUNTY . I'd have to say the parking is horrendous as the Yoshinoya has man that won't let you even use two parking spots and there is literally a full parking spot of 6 cars for Mariscos Maria's. Take out is an option if you don't want to park on the street. LA parking is always limited near the 10'freeway.

I love that they had options galore for hot sauces! I got the aguachiles which is basically lime cured shrimp and it was good for the most part. I wish it was more spicy tho.

Avocado tostada with light ceviche de pescado!

Super hot inside the restaurant when I walked into get my order. Definitely not appealing on a hot summer day. Got the ceviche de pescado and both tostadas had no fish whatsoever. Very disappointed on how much it cost. They provided me with 5 extra tostadas but no reason for them since there was no ceviche. Best thing was the salsa and chips... thank you!

SO GOOD Got the ceviche de Camaron. I thought two wouldn't be enough but they're BIG and delicious, I only finished one. The picture doesn't really show it- but they give you a lot of ceviche, tostada was heavy. Drinks were affordable and the inside was cute too! Service was also fast! Good place to go with friends or family

I usually love this place because service is good the ladies are always nice and the food is good and because of my uncle he comes here ..but I feel scammed out..bought a Large camarón y pulpo cóctel and it came out to be $21.29. The cup didn't even look large like how other mariscos place be giving out and it was mostly filled with juice, tomatoes and onion..hardly any shrimp and octopus... do better for better price please.. consistency is key Felt like returning it but whatever..

The pregame molcajete mixta for the win

Was recommended this place and became a regular. Everything I've tried came out fresh and servers were on point. Now it's our pregame tradition before dodger and Rams games. And from the first visit, the owners, Gio and Johnny made us feel like family which is hard to find nowadays. if you see a line, it's worth the wait.. Molcajete and aguachiles is a must! Trust me @thegrubhunter2018 approved!

The last time I went was on October 3rd and September 12th of last year, so it had been almost a year since my last visit. The very first time was last summer with about 10 members from my Korean community group. We all thought the food was really delicious, and that's why I kept coming back. As you would expect from such a popular restaurant, there are always a lot of people here. Yesterday was no exception, and there was a pretty long line outside. Fortunately, the line moved fairly quickly, so it didn't feel too bad. After we decided what to order, I was reminded again that the prices here are quite expensive for a restaurant located inside a food court. Last year, I ordered for all four of us at once, and the total came to almost $200. So this time, we decided to pay separately for my mom and myself, while my two brothers each paid for their own meals. I ordered two of my absolute favorite dishes here, the Tostada de Kanpachi & Uni. This is something I really love because it tastes so fresh and delicious every time I have it. It's definitely a must-order dish for me. I also ordered two Taco de Pescado al Carbón. Those four items alone came to about $70. I also remembered that I had tipped way too much here last year, so this time I only left a $5 tip. (It is the food court system, even they bring the foods to our table) That brought my total to $75. My brothers ordered the large Brazilian fish, the Tostada Uni, and ceviche. Everything we had was delicious overall, but honestly, the tacos I ordered yesterday were not really for my taste at all. So next time I come here, I don't think I'll order the same tacos again. On the way to the restroom, I noticed people at another table eating lobster. I asked them where they ordered it from, and they told me they ordered it from Holbox. It looked absolutely delicious, so I'm definitely going to try the lobster next time I come here. I also really like that they have a water station near the section where people line up outside. There are cups available there, so you can help yourself to water while waiting, which is very convenient. One downside is that the restroom always has a noticeable smell. Fortunately, it's located quite far away from the dining area, but it also doesn't look particularly clean or sanitary. Another thing is that you have to eat certain dishes, especially the tostadas and tacos, with your hands. I personally don't really like eating food with my hands, but with tostadas and tacos, there's really no other way. After washing my hands in the restroom, the smell of the liquid soap is also quite unpleasant and strong. Unfortunately, I can still smell the soap on my hands while I'm eating, which bothers me quite a bit. And because Holbox is always so incredibly popular, finding a table can be difficult. Luckily, we were able to get a table pretty quickly yesterday. Overall, I still really enjoy coming here for the fresh and delicious seafood, especially the Tostada de Kanpachi & Uni. Even though there are a few things I don't love about the experience, the food itself is definitely why I keep coming back.

The flavors, the presentation, the freshness, the quality and the price are all there! We've gotten the mojarra, the garlic shrimp, the ceviche de pescado and the tacos, even the typical Mexican dishes and breakfasts! Flavor is always there in each bite. Fresh and Flavorful Seafood I've visited this seafood spot…read moretwice recently, and both times the food was fresh and flavorful. The shrimp cocktail was especially good, with generously sized shrimp and a tasty cocktail sauce. My order had 14 shrimp, which felt like a fair portion for the price. It came with three tostadas, though only one hot sauce packet was included. That's a minor detail, but I would have appreciated extra packets. Good Value Seafood isn't cheap, but the prices here seem reasonable. They also offer weekday lunch specials that make items like the shrimp cocktail an even better deal. The campechana is another solid option and worth trying. Small Neighborhood Spot The restaurant itself is small, but there always seem to be customers inside, which says a lot. I also like that they decorate for holidays...it gives the place a welcoming neighborhood feel. Pickup Experience I've only ordered takeout, and my food has been ready quickly both times. Service was decent overall, although there was a brief moment during my last visit where I wasn't acknowledged right away while waiting for my order. Overall If you're craving a good shrimp cocktail or campechana, this local spot is worth checking out. Fresh seafood, fair prices, and a convenient neighborhood location make it a place I'll be visiting again.
