I was ready to drive 11 hours to pay cash, sight unseen. I called and spoke with Rick, Matt, and Hector. Over the course of 3 days and 4 calls, I couldn't get a call back from anyone. Then Hector sends me a text, no call and says that I need to run my wife's credit in order to get trade in value on my wife's paid off Mazda 6. HUH? The whole experience was just downright bizzare. I am giving them one star because it has been 4 weeks and they still have not completed our transaction of my car purchase. Eddie Garcia their sales guy promised me the roof rack would be changed out. When we went to sign the paperwork they tried to add a charge of 200$ for a 15 min project that I would have done myself but I still had stiches from surgery. We shook hands Eddy !!! You promised. But what I was really ticked about was the battery. I saw it on the lot with a triple A replacement. I asked for it to be changed out for a new one.. I asked again was this done, they said yes no problem.. Should have never drove off without double checking. A few days later the car wouldn't turn over.. They NEVER DID IT!! I was shocked. I went to test drive a used BMW X7 M50i. It is a 2020 with 7500 miles out of California. I asked why they had the vehicle and couldn't get a straight answer from anyone. The sales rep really didn't know the cars features and could not demonstrate them very well. The price was high, $104k, the warranty was not being extended and they did not offer the 36 month maintenance that comes from BMW. They low balled me on my trade in. Offered $17k when everyone else offered 23k. Bottom line I ordered from BMW and am getting a new 2022 with a 4 year warranty and 36 month maintenance package for $5k more. Oh and the new car will be delivered mid July. I won't have to wait months like the sales manager told me. They were shady all the way around. I would not ever consider doing business with them. read more

I purchased a used Land Rover on 5/21/22 The one and only key fob that came with the vehicle was damaged and was told that they had ordered a new one a week prior and would call me when it came in. I wasn't aware that the key fob was not able to lock my vehicle until I got home. I waited until the following week and followed up on the key fob with my sales person. Text after text he started making up excuses to why the key fob wasn't in. He said that he was told that the service department called local Land Rover dealerships to see if they had a fob in stock but no dealership did so therefore I would have to wait. I finally called Chandler Land River who confirmed that they had a key fob that matched my vehicle and that it would cost $478 for the fob and $250 to program it. I texted my sales person and told him what I learned. His reply was that he was off and that he would tell his manager the following day. I asked him for his managers name and called him myself, only to hear from the receptionist who put me on hold and came back to say that he was with a customer and that he would call me back. I missed his call the next day but called back and left a message on his voice mail. I also left him another voice message today. Crickets!! I need to be able to lock my vehicle. I need this matter resolved!! I feel that no one seems to care since the deal is done and they have already been paid. If you are looking for a vehicle, go somewhere else!! read more

Purchased a car and when we picked it up it was not prepped or cleaned. Were to bring it back for a day for detail, then another blemish had to go to a body shop for a day, then 2 days, now 5 days. Main complaint is no communication. I've asked everyone I spoke with, which is now several, to please keep me informed. Call or text me with updates. But nothing. I have to call in frustration every time. Lucky if you get someone. Messages and texts go unanswered. read more

I made an appointment to get my sunroof closed. The service tech broke my sunroof then I was told that it would cost $2600 to fix it! I was told that the part the service tech broke would be ordered and that someone would call me when it came in. If you need help with anything call the Mazda Corporation because they need to know that Mazda owners are being mistreated and over charged. read more

Terrible business practices. I would truly not recommend this dealership to anyone. They took advantage of my daughter, added on a lot of dealer add on's that were not wanted. Pushed her thru the signing process very quickly without explaining anything to her. Jacked the price of the car up $7000 which she can not afford. Got her a loan with a ***** interest rate and never gave her any other options. This seems to be a consistent practice for this dealership. Not trustworthy and very sly. I had an absolutely HORRIBLE experience at Mark Mazda for a number of reasons. 1) it was FAR from the perfect car pictured online. With multiple dings and scratches and tinting issues-which were NOT shown online-they promised it "would look like new", after we'd pointed out the flaws, but it didn't after they had "fixed it" 2) They promised us touch up paint to be mailed out to us because it wasn't perfect. Didn't get that until specifically asked for and then PAID for UNTIL the oil change months later and asked for! 2) before we even saw all of the errors, they lent us a car, which was great. The only problem was the date and time they had us "pick it up", we fill the loaner w gas, take time out of our day, and show up and they didn't have a clue where my car was and just that it wasnt ready. No heads up. No compensation for committing and showing up on our part. Not even an apology? And their response is they'll find the car and come the next day. Cool if you don't have work obligations?? Since then I've had an even bigger issue. This one involves the safety of anyone in my vehicle. The back driver side seatbelt does NOT work. I rarely have people in the backseat so I didn't realize this until the last month. They will NOT replace it for less than a few hundred. I paid for a used car and I bought it through a dealer so I wouldn't have these types of problems. Shame on you mark Mazda and Mazda in general. So disappointed. read more

I purchased a used F150 with 26k miles on 1/12/20. I took it back on 1/14/20 for them to fix the things we agreed on. While driving it the 3 days the brakes were noisy and I asked them to check the brakes. When I picked up the F150 on 1/21/20 they told me the brakes just needed time to adjust. Not sure how they even looked at the brakes since it has locking wheel nuts and no key to get them off. I took it to San Tan Ford on 2/1/20 to get new locking nuts with a key. I had to replace the brakes since the rotors and brake pads had grooves in them. I went back to Mark Mazda and talked to Kevin the manager and he said he can't do anything. I will never go back and highly recommend no one else goes there either. read more

Worst car buying experience I've ever experienced. They tried to sell me $2,000 of worthless accessories they said were all ready installed on the used car I was interested in. Before purchasing the car I took my salesman back out to the car and pointed out things that needed cleaned on the inside of the car such as spilled soda spots on plastic parts in the back seat and other dirt which had not been cleaned before they put the car up for sale. I even told the salesman if they needed more time to clean up the car I'd be willing to pick it up the following day. I waited 3 + hours to sign the paperwork which gave them plenty of time to clean the car. To my surprise they didn't clean anything on the inside I pointed out and the glue from the 2 - 8x11 dealer window stickers had not been cleaned either. I contacted the dealer the next day and the salesman & a manager made no attempt to acknowledge my complaints. The takeaway here is they said one thing and did another and could careless about my complaints. read more

I don't understand all these 5 star reviews about the great experience they had in their buying experience. My salesman, AJ, was all nice and chatty, until we came to negotiations. Then, he proceeded to tell me that the dealer "discounted" the MSRP price (which nobody pays) by $2700, only to add it back in by charging for things I don't want. Then, he started the old style "I got to run this by the manager" and disappeared several times for long periods, just to wear me out. I didn't think anyone did this pressure tactic anymore. Certainly didn't happen to me my last time at the Honda dealership. And BEWARE, they sneak in a $799 ceramic window tint without disclosing it on the listing. Told them I didn't want it. He said, "Well it's already installed." When the "customer service" lady emailed me, I shared that I was less than pleased with the sales tactics. She promised to have the manager call, which, of course, didn't happen. AJ also didn't respond to my latest email about a question about the door locks. They've both moved on to other sales. Asked for all sorts of ridiculous documents such as proof of residence, W2 form, etc.. We provided all of that and still did not get approved. Terrible at communicating. We put down a deposit and they sold the car to someone else and did not communicate that we were denied until after closing a deal with someone else. My family went over to this dealership this afternoon and met with Pablo Quirindongo, the assistant sales manager. The preowned vehicle shown today was not in good shape: dents, scratches, damaged bumper, missing body parts to name a few. None of these things were addressed by Pablo. As any dealership, they just want to make the sale. When it came to finances, they wanted to sell it to us as if it were brand new. After being asked if the issues with the car were taken into account when crunching numbers, Pablo snapped and yelled at us to "get the hell out" 3 times. This is the worst customer service I've seen from an "assistant manager". Do not buy a vehicle at this dealership. read more

I have had my CX7 in there multiple times. Each time I had worked with Matt in services and I just want to say that he was phenomenal!! Each time that I had my car there he was always updating me on the status of my car and letting me know what was going on. The last time my car was there was due to my transmission, which took them a couple transmissions to get it to work, and during that time I had moved to Colorado. I was very very grateful for Matt and Marks Mazda for getting my car trailered out to me in Colorado once they got it fixed. All in all, Matt was wonderful and everyone at Marks Mazda was so kind and helpful. I'm so appreciative for everything you guys and Matt has done for me! read more

Terrible experience purchasing a car. The integrity of this business is not measurable under normal standards. I found out over a month after purchasing a car with a trade in, that Mark Mazda sent my trade in payoff 5 weeks after purchase. I had to endure being hounded by late payments while I personally went to the dealer 3 times to ask for this to be taken care of. They blamed it on my bank, which already informed me Mark Mazda hadn't sent all the needed paperwork. Im a federal employee and I cant use temporary plates for my employee parking. I now have to walk from a parking garage about 1/2 mile away. Its been 6 weeks now since purchase, still no plates. I called today and was told it was the MVD"s fault. Not true, as I spoke to mvd recently. Mark Mazda consistently drops the ball once they have your money. Integrity is not practiced here. They expect your business, your money, and then they expect you to wait on them, as they get around to serving you......the customer who keeps them in business; I wish I would have given my business elsewhere, I wont be back, neither will my family. Dropping a better business bureau review because businesses like this are a metaphor for a one night stand; take and abandon. Thanks Mark Mazda, you should put the dealership on Tinder. read more

Bought a car here 2 months ago or so still haven't gotten my paperwork back. Said they were going to fix my light (it had a huge hole in it) never did. Called over and over and over again. The guy who sold me my used car was let go so when I called they didn't know anything about my light said they would call me back within the hour with information never heard anything. Would call again same situation. Took matters in my own hands and ordered and replaced the entire head light. Just got my oil changed was told my air filter was very dirty and should've been changed months ago. Lol they "checked everything out" my ass ALSO told I need to get a new belt. Why wasn't this all done before I left with the car? You kept it for 3 days after my purchase to look over everything which clearly you did NOT. Extremely upset read more

My car had been broken for months and other mechanics charged me to diagnose the issue but we're not able to find out what was wrong. The Mark Mazda Service department diagnosed it, quoted me a fair price, and didn't pressure me into performing any maintenance that I didn't want to perform. They fixed the issue within 3 hours and were super knowledgeable and helpful. I will be going to them from now on for any maintenance or issues that my car may have. Would recommend. read more
