Robin Head New Very excited to visit this eatery..it is next door to the best eyebrow location n the Area BrowCraft. I suggested we go on Sunday July 12th.. Quickly disappointed We arrived @ 11:30 am..it was not busy because there was seats available at the bar and 2 tables. 1 High top and 1 regular seating for 2 . The host asked us which table we would like and we said the regular table not the high top. She sat us down and for 15 mins we sat..no one came to greet our table..there were employees walking around filling up coffee for other tables..bringing a to gow cup of coffee to the table next to us.. there was a very young lady walking around looking at tables checking to make sure everyone was okay While we are still sitting without being serviced. Mind you our table was on n n the middle of the walk way..which means we can see everyone but none helped us..I asked my husband did he just want to leave. He said no just wait . Then another table became available 2 people was sat and immediately received coffee and water. FINALLY ..my husband called over someone for help..she says I will get your server.. a lady came over and said im not sure who your server is but I can help you. My husband said we have been sitting here...I asked what took so long...she said WE are busy..I said u maybe bit we walked right in and got a seat AND THIS TABLE BEHIND US CANE AFTER US AND THEY ALREADY HAVE COFFEE AND WATER.. MY husband said and u were the 1 that served them ..yet u have passed by our table several times and has not helped. This is when she gets SPICEY...She says we are busy and if U ARE GOING TO HAVE AN ATTITUDE THEN U CAN LEAVE.. I said what ATTITUDE...We are only questioning why we have not been serviced... I had high hopes for this brunch spot, but unfortunately, the service (or lack thereof) made it an instant no-go for me. After standing at the entrance for 10 minutes without being greeted, I watched as a waitress with black glasses blatantly ignored us--until a white couple walked in after me, at which point she suddenly decided to acknowledge us and ask us to wait a few minutes. It wasn't just us who noticed the poor service. Two gentlemen at a high-top table also walked out after being told it would take 20 minutes just to get a hot coffee. When you see multiple customers leaving before even getting served, it's a clear sign of a bigger issue--either the staff is overworked and unhappy, or they simply don't care about customer experience. With a hungry toddler, I wasn't about to stick around to find out how much worse the service could get. There are plenty of other brunch spots in the area that actually value their customers, and I'd recommend trying one of those instead. Visited here on a random Sunday for brunch and it's located in a strip mall with shared parking so that was great to find parking as a lot of the other businesses were not open. When you walk in, you'll realize that there is no waiting area no seats for a waiting area so be prepared and you are just about on top of the people who said at the high top table is right by the doors. After walking in, we were pleasantly surprised not to have to wait and receded immediately at one of those high top tables right by the doors Service was absolutely impeccable and our waitress was so friendly and on top of her game. No complaints whatsoever on the service. The menu is pretty straightforward and traditional, which is fantastic, but it also has something for everybody whether you want meat or not or if you are into some traditional combinations or skillets too I would rate this place of five however, the food does look delicious and it did taste delicious but unfortunately, when it came to, our table was at best lukewarm. We did not complain. We did not send it back. I hope not all the foods come out lukewarm, but it was probably due to the process of building up the plates and foods coming out of the fryer some coming out of a pot with gravy, etc. The pricing here is very fair and for two people with two orders of food plus coffee came out to $33 I would definitely come back here again as this was a solid choice however, I do hope for warmer food read more

Walked in. Server told us to swat ourselves. Then while looking for WHERE to sit a different server told us they'd get to us in a moment. Umm... #getittogetherplease Seated. Both coffee mugs were dirty. But then things get better. The service was sweet. The food was pretty good. My husband, a pancake eater, did NOT enjoy the pancakes. I, NOT a pancake eater, did. I think it's cuz they add cinnamon... not sure. The rye bread is so good and my over medium eggs were cooked perfectly. M & M is a cute little place with good coffee and better food! Recently, I met friends I haven't seen for a few years for brunch. This space has been several restaurants the past few years and is now under the original Benedict owner, Ryan. We were impressed with the menu. One page offered breakfast options and another had lunch. Mom had an omelet. It was large and folded on a square. The potatoes were fried and tasty. I had the chicken wrap and substituted spinach for lettuce. It was delicious and came wi6t tasty, crispy frys. The entrees and 2 coffees came to $28.36. My wife and I visited Maple and Market for the very first time last week at 9:45 AM. There was no wait, and we were seated at the counter within minutes. That's when things took a turn and we quickly sensed that there was a feeling of confusion, almost chaos in the air among the workers. Once seated, we were repeatedly overlooked by a couple workers behind the counter for at least 10 minutes. None of which offered us even a glass of water or said that someone will be with us momentarily! When our waitresses finally arrived, she greeted us and asked if we would like to get started with something to drink. We placed our drink orders of orange juice and water. The orange juice arrived quite some time later. We are now approximately 25 minutes into our visit. Never got the water we had asked for. Following the arrival of the orange juice, she immediately took each of our orders. Nothing to elaborate, just pancakes,eggs, English muffin, bacon and toast. Typical breakfast food. What could possibly go wrong??? 20 minutes after ordering, our waitress approaches my wife and I and apologizes and says that she had forgotten to place our order with the kitchen. She then says she put a rush order on our food and said she'll take half off our bill. WTF! half? We immediately put on our coats and headed for the door. Thanks for the free orange juice! read more
