This by far is the best place to bring your cloths. I searched a lot of places with bad reviews for loosing and damaging cloths and came across marks cleaners. I was a little afraid because my work cloths are expensive and easily messed up (white) but regardless needed them cleaned. I showed up at 6:45am before the opened and was met by mark and his wonderful family. He's polite nice and my cloths came back wonderful. I'm super excited to bring my cloths back here and continue using them for ANYTHING. I submitted a question asking if next day alterations to a long gown were possible due to the "last minute" planning of a family member. I received a very quick, respectful, response from the owner letting me know that unfortunately, they wouldn't be able to accommodate BUT referred me to some of their very own competitors that might be able to. If you've seen the movie "Miracle on 34th Street" where 'Santa' admits that Macy's doesn't have the item the customer is looking for but that maybe Kimbles (their competitor) would, you'll understand what this type of response means: they CARE. The customer service here is second to absolutely none. I've been coming here for a couple years here and there(I don't wear suits often) and always had a good experience with very fast turnaround. I got married a couple months ago and due to some issues with the company I rented from my suit didn't arrive until the afternoon before my wedding!! I cannot describe the level of stress I was feeling and of course it didn't fit right. trying different dry cleaners in the past was not so satisfied. I found this place after reading alot of reviews and calling around. i called mark up a few weeks ago if i can get my uniform cleaned since the company i work for our dry cleaners are backed up. he told me over the phone the prices and times i can drop it off. the next day i dropped off my uniform which are a full black suit and white tshirts was very dirty. dropped them off at 9am he was very proffessional greeted me and got all my info said it should be done same day by 2pm. the cost was very affordable. came back at 2 my uniforms were all very clean and smelled great professionally pressed hanged and bagged. now marks is my new favorite cleaner in sacramento love his work and i trust my uniforms with him. diffently try marks cleaner! i even reccomended him to my coworkers! thank you mark! read more

A great Mom and Pop establishment to get your clothes dry cleaned. The owners are very friendly, and they provide great service. My clothes are cleaned perfectly and I've never had a problem. They normally advertise in the Neighborhood Shopper, where they offer coupons to save on your dry cleaning. They also offer a laundering service as well, which I use for my large king comforter. I went here and got 2 pants and 2 coats cleaned. All of which I bought from a thrift store. The prices are a bit more expensive than local dry cleaners but I am very satisfied with the job that they did. The clothes look great. They have exceeded my time needs. The answer always seems to be yes. I have some items that I need quickly and they just make it happen. Stuff always comes out looking sharp and the prices are good. I mean, it's a dry cleaner - so my expectation is pretty simple. Last time I went in I said I needed a huge stack the next day first thing in the morning. Lady said "ok". It saved me. Nice family-owned business and great quality of work on simple alterations like hems and waistbands on jeans and slacks -- the thread color of the original stitching is matched, so pants look like they should have off the rack, only with a custom fit. by far the worst customer service experience & service that i have had in years!!! had never been to this cleaner before & decided to give it a try since i was in a last minute jam to get a dress dry cleaned and it was a holiday weekend so nobody else was open. the owner or main guy running the show was extremely rude and arrogant from the get go! i showed him my dress with a pen mark on it and explained that i was hoping he could treat the area first to get it off. his attitude was very it is what it is not sure we will try our best which was a red flag but i decided to still get the service done. i came to pick up the dress the day after & it looked as if nothing was done at all. the dress looked exactly the same as when i brought it except the fact that it was pressed. i let the guy know that i was not happy with the service & he responded with.. "look, i already told you it probably wasn't gonna get out and you brought it in anyway and now your here just giving me a headache about it" umm...like excuse me! to tell a paying customer that they are giving you a headache over them just commenting on how they are not happy with the service you provided that they paid for is completely poor customer service. it is very obvious that this business does not care about their work ethic, the quality of their services being provided or their customers! oh & lastly, i let him know i would be yelping him in regards to his rude comments and he said.. "go ahead. you'll be the first bad review so i dont care if you do." wow! and actually turns out i'm not the first bad review so..ya! way to prove bad customer service again! will not be returning as there are other way better cleaners in town with great customer service. read more
