We choose Gerald's as we trust them. We dropped it off at night, so they could diagnose the issue. They called us and said after inspection it was a tire issue. We went ahead with the service as they recommended it. When they called us to pick it up, I asked if they were able to confirm if the issue was resolved. If not, we could have it further diagonsed and resolve the issue. They told me they do not drive the cars after installing tires. Odd as how would they be able to confirm if the issue was resolved? Continuing to trust them, we picked it up and our car. Unfortunately for us, we have two new tires and a car that still shakes.

Yesterday I was driving home from work when one of my brand new $173 tire blew. I took it back to the shop being as it hadn't even been 30 days. I got told that bad things happen and that there was no warranty for the tires I got. If I wanted a new one I would have to buy yet another tire. Upon arriving, he was also there to check me in. Very friendly and helpful guy. When we spoke days before, I was told that the specific tire I needed would arrive by today but came to find out that it wasn't. However after inspecting my tire, they were able to repair it with a plug since it was just a nail that was causing the slow leak so it did end up working out. But in the future I do hope that it's communicated to me if my tire doesn't show up on time so that any time wasted is avoided. Overall the appointment only took about 45 minutes and I received a text to notify when my car was ready. It didn't cost me anything because I had put warranty on the tire which was also a nice feature they offered. I still plan on coming back to this location next time.

They told me forty-five minutes, which already seemed excessive, but since I was there I waited. After an hour I asked for an update and was told they didn't have the right filter for my car and needed to go buy one before they could even start. No one had mentioned this during the full hour I was sitting there. I said never mind and asked for my keys, and then they couldn't find them. Apparently the technician had taken my keys with him to get gas. Eventually they returned them and I left. I drove straight to Jiffy Lube and ten minutes later my oil change was done. Zero out of ten. I would never go back to Firestone.

I hate getting road debris in my Goodyear Eagle GTs ​I rolled in there with my 2002 Mustang GT because the tires were getting completely shot from burning rubber, so no nails this go round. The first thing I notice when I initially drove up was this cool giant snowman made out of painted white tires sitting outside. It's supposed to be cheerful, I guess someone spent way too much time trying to make rubber tires look jolly instead of plugging, but credit for the creativity, i wish i had a pictureto show you. Inside, they try real hard to be overly nice to you, small talk while waiting for a tire job or a tire balance just feels totally bizarre. I don't need conversation, I just need four tires that won't blow out on the highway. ​The guys working in the shop were smiling and acting like changing tires was the greatest job on earth, a credit to them, you should see the commercials. They got the work done on my Mustang quick enough, and the car drove fine, the tires hold air, and the alignment isn't pulling so I can't say they didn't do what they were paid to do. But all the forced cheerfulness and gimmicky decorations make you feel like you're standing in a theater play about auto repair. ​Three stars. They fixed the GT, but the whole experience leaves you feeling like everybody's trying just a little too hard to be pleasant.

I really wanted to tip the gentlemen that worked hard to get my car up to par in a safe and swift speed and learned they distribute the tips amongst the workers for that day. Sidenote - park along the grassy areas back around the neighborhood or if in the parking lot, look for the green pole posts. If not, car may get towed while waiting to be serviced. Dude - I have NEVER paid this amount ever for brakes and tires. I almost cried. They also told me that my shocks, that another dealer said I needed to get done, were absolutely FINE! That other place was gonna charge me like almost $3k!!! Anywho, dropped off the car at 7:30am and they were done shortly after 1pm. With the amount of work already lined up - I was shocked. I thought for sure it would be done the next day. Lastly, I got there at like 7:10am to wait and there was already a line but their procedures for this (which apparently they're used to) were so organized snd efficient and got everyone checked in and out the door in less than like 15 minutes. I've never seen that. They also clapped for us as we entered. That really caught me off guard, but I thought it was kinda cool and cute. Who does like an applause?? lol I am blown away right now. I'm officially a lifetime customer. Wish I'd have been going to them from the start!
