We finished with the cookie skillet for dessert, and it was delicious -- definitely a great way to end the meal. One thing that really stood out was their extensive whiskey selection. When the bill came, there was a cash vs credit price option, and we were told we were the first guests to use the new system. The Irish Hut signage is still on the building, with BBQ signage in spots as well, so it feels like the place is still finding its identity. If I'm speaking directly to the owner: there is potential here. The event ideas and community focus are great. But food consistency, drink balance, menu accuracy, and clearer communication all need attention.
