I told her that was inconvenient for me as I was told there was mice there I could pick up and I am a full time mom commuting from Paradise and I had already driven down there twice. She said to come back later when the shipment arrived and that she would give me a discount on live hopper mice. I called later that day before making the drive down and they told me that no live hopper mice were in the shipment. So I've driven down there twice and wasted my time and gas all because they said they had live mice for me to pick up only for them to not. The lack of communication and honesty is very poor. I will only get mice from them now if I absolutely have to. It's very frustrating to tell someone over the phone that what they're looking for is available only for it to not be when going in the store.

She had a skin condition that Ivermectin could supposedly help *got that info from TikTok*. I called in advance to find out if they had the product, and if they did, could they put it on hold? They were nice enough to put it on hold, lucky for me because it was the last one. Once I picked it up and got home, I realized that half of it had spilled out. There was no seal on the bottle and as you can see in my pictures, the box had absorbed whatever spilled out. I called the store immediately and told them what happened and also stated that the sales person didn't mention that I needed to keep it upright, although I do believe it was supposed to have a seal so maybe this was used? I asked for a full refund and again lucky for me, they agreed. My experience was a 7 out of 10 simply because I had to drive all the way back to their location to return it (nobody nearby sold that particular product and I didn't have time to wait for it on Amazon). Points also deducted because I wasn't told to keep the product upright, and for the fact that it wasn't sealed. Basically all the points that I'm giving them are for accepting the return and giving me a full refund. Would I go back? Possibly. However, should there be a "next time" I may need any sort of liquid medication, I'll open it in the store first to make sure the product is sealed.

After all of the infovideos I watched on YouTube I expected to have to leave him alone for a week, wait a week to feed and all kinds of stuff but he lets me hold him no problem, he ate the morning after being purchased (within like 3 seconds of the mouse being placed in his enclosure), and went poop just fine days after.. He seems super confident and doesn't ball up. He explores often. When he's on one side of his enclosure I'll go in and do some upkeep on the other side and he doesn't seem to mind much. Nallely said they hold all of the snakes every day or every other day which I'm sure is why he's such a great snake for a beginner like myself. I recommend! I've only had Charizard about a week and now I keep running into people that bring Killer Clutches up as great to learn and buy from. I'm glad I found this place!
