Now in 2025 it has moved to the old pluckers with a limited menu. While the food was good and hot. I felt that the mozzarella sticks are not worth the price and the sweet tea was old (taste wise). Service was great! HATED that ALL of the TVs were on the same red zone channel on a Sunday afternoon. I would rather be stuck watching one game than watching 15 seconds of every game. I'm definitely going to give them time to settle in visually because the gray and red walls are dull.

I loved the big pizza oven that sits right in the middle where they make the pizzas right in front of you. My meatball sub tasted great. It was full of flavor. My sub came with about seven well sized meatballs and some great tasting sauce. My sub didn't have any cheese on it which was the only downside. Even without the cheese though, I know I will be back for more of their great food. I also had their chocolate chip cookie which was so soft and delicious.

Someone that she obviously knew just entered the store and picked up a pizza. As he was leaving he stated "oh, I need to pay for this" she replies "don't worry about it baby" and he left the store with his free pizza. I'm almost amused at this point that the owner hired this young woman to manage the store. From what I've observed, the owner lost an estimated $50 in sales with the two groups of patrons the manager turned away before the posted closing and the FREE pizza the manager gave to her friend. The counter service is fast and friendly, the menu is vast, with a LOT of variety - sandwiches, po-boys, comfort food, seafood, salads, pizza - something for everyone. And the food is good. Not the best you've ever had, but it's good. We came here this time specifically for the fried mushrooms. They are really good. Everything else was okay. The fried fish was good - nicely breaded, mild catfish (no muddy taste), and good crispy fries. The shrimp remoulade salad is kind of puzzling, though. Small, unseasoned boiled shrimp on a pile of lettuce. After being boiled with no seasoning, the shrimp are then heavily coated with red pepper (or maybe Cajun seasoning). And the remoulade sauce is in small condiment cups on the side - barely enough to dress the salad. But most of the food here is pretty good (the burgers are massive), and most plates come with enough for some extra to take home. It's not a place we come to often, but it is always on our list of possibilities.
