Jason repaired a grandfather clock in my house. Then I gave him another small pendulum clock to repair that he was going to take to this shop at home. After 2.5 years Jason has never responded to emails, phone calls, text messages. He won't respond at all. So either my he can't repair my clock or has already sold it on ebay. Poor communicator. He came out to service a grandfather clock and got it up and running but it will only run for a few days even though it's been wound. While he was here I asked him to take another small clock for repair. That was nearly two years ago. Have consistently tried to contact him numerous ways just to get the clock back but no response. They replied to my inquiry with an email, but never replied to my follow up. They're so incredibly unprofessional that I would never trust any family heirlooms to them. Do not use this guy. Jason had my clock from February to June. Numerous texts. No replies. Finally got tired and told him I'd pick it up without repairs. When I picked it up the beaks had been broken off both birds. He said he had a friend who'd be able to replace both. So he picked up my clock in September. Acted like it was repaired. Every time I'd try to arrange to pick it up, he'd have an excuse or just not answer my texts. Went today to pick it up after he said he'd be home after 4:00. He was angry. Said I showed up at his private residence without an appointment. I said just give me the clock. Guess what? Still not repaired. He has had this clock for almost 6 months total time and it is in worse shape then when I dropped it off. He ruined a family heirloom. read more
