This was my first time at this head spa. I booked a 45 minute Scalp Ritual Session + an additional 10-minute scalp massage for a total of a 55 minute session. I was brought back into the room a few minutes after 11:00 AM and my service concluded at 11:43 AM with several LONG pauses of nothing happening during the service. After reaching out to management and asking for a refund for the extra 10 minute service I did not receive, Diane responded and said that "upon reviewing camera footage, the service concluded at 12:00" but has not provided me with this camera footage as I requested. Her entire response was accusing me of lying. Take your business anywhere else but here. read more

When walking into Marma Head Spa the atmosphere is warm and inviting. Upon arrival, the inside is aesthetically pleasing to the eye and the amenities are great! The person to do my hair treatment was Rachel. Rachel took amazing care of me and made my spa experience relaxing. I had never done a treatment like that before and she ensure I was comfortable. I don't have any pictures of my experience here but, I am not sad about it. From the moment I walked in I was able to disconnect. This was one of the best self care experiences I have ever had. I got the Valentine's Day special, it was a wash, scalp scrub, arm and hand massage and neck and shoulders. The staff was so kind and thoughtful throughout the experience, even down to the smallest details like pulling my bra straps back up after my neck and shoulder massage. I call to this place to see if they can understand my needs, the owner answer me and I understand very fast that I speak with someone with experience. Melanie is very Professional and knowledgeable. Their touch was firm and gentle, perfectly calibrated to melt away tension without causing any discomfort. The music was great and relaxing. But it wasn't just the technical skill that impressed me. She brought a real sense of care and attentiveness to the massage. They seemed to intuitively understand exactly where my head held the most tension, and they focused their work on those areas with an expertise that left me breathless. She also did a face massage that help to drain sinuses. By the end of the massage, I felt really good . The tension in my scalp and neck had completely relieved. read more

Bright, extremely clean and very beautiful salon head spa. Soothing music plays in the background during the service. My technician was very attentive to details and did a relaxing massage on head, neck, back, and arms. I recommend getting the scalp + mind renewal service, and add on the arm and hand massage on top of that. Next time I'll try adding in the facial as well. read more

After arriving for a booked appointment, I was then told they don't service "my type of hair". They tried to be "nice" about it. But I'm confused about what they think they'd be doing in an Ayurvedic headspa service that they can't do to my hair. I have locs. I was told they don't want to hurt me or harm my hair. I didn't insist because if this is your thinking, then I absolutely do NOT want you in my hair. However it frustratingly highlights their exclusionary practices and lack of knowledge about diverse hair types. A hair wash and scalp massage are more than appropriate for my hair and it's confusing that they would think otherwise. I was told my service would be cancelled and a confirmation would be sent. I waited around for a confirmation and the staff person told me a manager would be sending it in a few minutes, since their automated system does not send cancellation confirmations. ok. We waited around, went and got snacks and still no confirmation email. I'm writing this review a whole day later, and have yet to receive a confirmation email. Disappointing experience. But thankfully dodged a bullet. read more

I visited Marma head spa few days ago and chose the hair repair therapy. The ambience was fantastic, calming and very welcoming. I was shown in detail and explained what we'd be doing and what's everything for by the very informative specialist. We proceeded to do multiple steps of the treatment including a very relaxing head wash and massage as well as high quality unique products that helped rejuvenate my hair. In the end I was offered a beverage and more amenities as we assessed the treatment together and I was shocked by how much difference I saw immediately. Will definitely be coming back and I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to have a fantastic and relaxing experience by professionals! read more

5 full deserved stars. The experience was mind blowing. From the decor to products to the staff. I can't say enough. Even the bathroom was clean and comfy. Immediately when we walked in the smell was so relaxing, the lobby's ambiance is super clean and modern. Each room is separated by walls and a curtain. Loved how dim it was it makes you feel so relaxed right off the bat, background music so calming.... okay now the headspa experience.. Kayla was hands down amazing!!! Please book with her. She's so nice and calming. And her touch was strong yet gentle. Best massage ever! I loved the products they use. My scalp felt so clean and tingly. Very stimulating experience! I been to a head spa in LA, one in San Diego called Haru, two here called Soulo and em purites... and Marma is best all around. I will go back . I rarely give reviews but had to for this place. My friend and I were visiting from out of town and wanted to try a head spa treatment. We really couldn't find what we were looking for in the strip and then we found Marma Head Spa (approximately 20 minutes from the Strip). We took a chance on it and what a PLEASANT surprise! First, it was SO clean and both Gabby and Europe were so professional and peaceful in their presence. The massages were out of the world and nothing we had ever experienced at a spa before. I was looking for one of those scalp treatment places and found this place when I searched. I am up in North Las Vegas and I would drive down to get my scalp treated here! My scalp has been really dry and oily and being able to see the before and after was amazing how much of a difference this treatment made. Marma is a beautiful head spa about 15 minutes from the strip. A girlfriend and I got the deep scalp treatment which was about an hour of an extremely relaxing and rejuvenating scalp massage, wash, and Ayurvedic treatment. We finished with a short neck and face massage that felt great. The specialist were so gentle and kind, and we left feeling calm and relaxed.
