They are more concerned with you doing what's right for you and your car then making an extra few dollars. I asked for an oil change and they told me it was not due for a few more hundred km. Other places would have jumped at making extra money. This is one time you can NOT judge a book by it's cover. The building may not be the prettiest on the outside but what's inside is just the same as any Big Name Dealership Service Dept. When asked I always say "I wish I would have found about this place years ago"

During the same visit, I also asked Joe's to install some tranny sensors I thought were related to the P0122 DTC, they told me that it wasn't necessary and if they installed them, they would only be taking my money.
