Everyone there is always professional and efficient. Most are very matter-of-fact, which honestly is totally fine because I like to get in and out quickly too. But there's one employee who really stands out. His name is Harold. He is genuinely kind, friendly, and consistent every single time I see him. He's not over-the-top or trying too hard, just naturally polite, cool, and professional while still being all business and getting things done efficiently. It's a rare balance, and it makes a difference. People are quick to complain, but not enough take the time to recognize a truly good employee.
