I visited your store today and witnessed 2 upper management employees (assuming) on the sales floor, talking about staff members while I was attempting to get to the end of the line and while waiting in line. What I gathered from their interaction was one team member called off today (Friday) so they asked other team members to stay over to which they declined and then they proceeded to talk about the person that called off. "Well, if she's off tomorrow it's because she wanted a longer weekend." "We already know they aren't going to stay" they both proceeded to agree and say the same thing over and over. The line was wrapped around to the start of the phone cases and they were actually blocking my cart near the men's section standing in the middle of the aisle while I was trying to move passed them to get in line. They were too busy discussing team members instead of moving out of the way. It's incredibly distasteful to have people in positions of power talking about staff members openly not to mention doing so comfortably in front of shoppers. The name badge on the man read, "AJ W" a tall man with tattoos, the woman was an OLDER blonde short lady who walked off and I never saw her again. Shame on the both of you. The entire team deserves better. Photo of him standing at the register but didn't even help.

Ole Henriksen skin care! $12 each! Such a steal!

Anyone who knows me well knows that I love to shop, but what I love even more is finding good ass deals! And this is why I looove Marshalls stores! They always have great items for half (or less) than what you'd pay at department stores/the mall. This store never lets me down. I've bee coming to this specific location for years now, and it's one of my favorites. It's always clean and organized. Their cashiers are always friendly and I often even strike up a conversation with the cashier about my amazing finds! Lol. Example....I walked in today and discovered they have Ole Henriksen beauty products. Whaaat?!? I bought a new face mask and eye cream for $12 each! Unbelievable! I also love their candles and home decor section. Overall, this is a great place to shop without breaking the bank. You get the pleasure of shopping without the guilt!

    Size stickers on actual boots

It's very unfortunate that the employees put the size sticker on the actual shoes. They need to be trained properly and add the sticker on the bottom of the shoe it leaves scratches on the shoes trying to remove the sticker and all the sticky stuff please be corteous of people purchasing the shoes!!

What the heck do I get my husband for Valentine's!!

I asked a lady by customer service where something was. I found it. Then we went back there and asked her where the next thing was, she told us, and we went and found, it so on and so forth. She told us when we are ready to check out to go to customer service and would allow us to bypass the long lines. My mom uses a walker, so it was greatly appreciated. Turns out she was the store manager... super nice lady! It's worth it to pay a little more than Walmart. Place is pretty nice inside.

Typically I'm just doing normal shopping, but today I decided to grab some food as well. Unfortunately, my experience at the Pizza Hut/food counter was really disappointing. The employee working, Jesus, was noticeably rude from the start. A mom and her daughter were ahead of us, and when she asked for popcorn, he abruptly told her to wait. When she tried to add a cheese pizza for her daughter, he responded with, "grab it and put it down then." They ended up apologizing to him before leaving, which was honestly surprising given his tone. When my boyfriend stepped up and greeted him politely, asking how he was doing, he replied, "doesn't even matter." He quickly scanned our breadsticks and gave us the total, but when we asked to add a couple more items, he said something along the lines of, "oh great, you guys aren't going to make my life any easier." He then tossed our food on the counter and told us to "have an okay f%#ing day." This was honestly shocking and not at all the level of service I've come to expect from this location. I hope this is addressed, because it really put a damper on an otherwise positive place I've trusted for years.

We were in the market for a simple gold ring. A wedding band to wear while traveling, nothing too flashy, and we needed a 7.5 ring size. Half sizes are hard to find. This store here in San Dimas had three to choose from. The associate who assisted us (Lisa S. ), turned out to be a store manager. She was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping my wife make a selection. Finally our search is over. I want to add as I shopped around. The his store is very clean, organized, and the merchandise is very well displayed. The staff here cares and it shows in the store's presentation. Thank you TJ Max for making our experience so rewarding. Thank you Mrs Lisa for your amazing service. We truly appreciate it. Michael C. - Georgetown,Tx.

Every time I stop in, it feels chaotic, with merchandise packed everywhere and very little breathing room to browse comfortably. The store almost always seems overcrowded, and the checkout lines tend to be long, which tests my patience when I was hoping for a quick look around. I usually love the treasure hunt aspect of TJ Maxx, but this location makes it harder to enjoy that part of the experience. I still pop in occasionally out of habit and optimism, but it's definitely not my favorite spot when I'm in the mood to browse calmly. TJ Maxx

I saw Burlington and thought it would be a good place to go. My first impression upon entry was WOW. It was bright, clean, and organized. It was my first time here. This is my 2nd Burlington I've been at. The 1st Burlington was at Ontario Mills. Funny, I was so mesmerized with the atmosphere and their merchandises (they got a little bit of everything... selections are good) that I forgot why I was here in the first place. Anyway, I perused around for a little bit. I saw a nice red heart & white flower mug and it was only $3.99. I ended up getting it to replace a mug that I recently threw away. Yay! I also picked up a nose trimmer for my hairy nose (just kidding LOL). Check-out was easy. The lady staff was pleasant. If you're wondering, I did eventually use the all gender restroom. They have two of them that require a code. However, they can only be opened by the staff members... not sure why. Maybe it is a preventive measure from shoplifting. The next time I'm at SDP, I'll have to spend a bit more time here and see what other goodies are up for grabs. See you here!

I came in and asked where the birthday candles were and the young man told me a long winded answer with rolling eyes like this "well(big exasperated sigh ‍) idk, but walk down the back aisle and look on the wall to the right if but look on the left and if not there then go try the other aisle and maybe you can find some because idk" ‍ I was shocked but willing and openly walked to the far back aisle and looked in all the areas he had mentioned and still couldn't find them. I ended up grabbing some other quick party supply items and got in line to be checked out. It was the same young man who was ringing everyone up. There was a line and I patiently waited my turn, when I began unloading my items onto the counter top, I gently smiled at him and said "how's your day going" he didn't even look up at me and said "not great, because people keep asking me questions" I was appalled and I just said "oh" and looked at the lady behind me who was up next and she was just as shocked because prior to me getting in line , I overheard her ask him if anyone was available to ring her up and I think the older man in the back was stocking shelves so this young man was the only one up front to ring anybody up. As soon as he went behind the register , he seldomly grunted and whined while ringing folks up. I thought I was just tripping but when I saw the look on her face when he made that comment, it became very clear her and I were thinking the sam thing and both equally alarmed at his lack of customer service or consideration. Now granted I understand, when your young in your early 20s you probably don't wanna be working at a convenience store but at the end of the day it is a job and a consistent one at that. A simple "welcome to dollar tree" upon entry and a considerate wave is not much to ask for in terms of greeting and customer service. But to then be told "not great, because people keep asking me questions" knowing all to well your the only person on the floor that is visible to the eye that is an employee lol well of course any and everyone in need of assistance will ask you some questions lol Work ethic on this new generation lacks eye contact and hospitality.
