Since it's part of the mall, it does get busy. Sometimes things aren't stocked all the time. Most of the workers are so-so when it comes to friendliness. I go once a week to pick up some random food items that are cheaper than the grocery store, and the worst part is that there is never enough cashiers. For an area as big as this, I don't understand how only one cashier is working midday, middle of the week. They bring in people from other areas that aren't as familiar with the registers and don't understand cartwheel and such. I missed out on some cartwheel deals recently because the cashier didn't scan my barcode right, and no one was at customer service either. On weekends, I don't even bother at this Target because it's ridiculously busy because of the mall and head to the one a few miles down the road in Orange. I'm considering trying this one to do my usual shopping from now on because they seem to always have more cashiers and is quieter.

Every department had a great assortment of merchandise and most of it was reasonably priced. I was surprised to see the stupendous range of items for sale. From bicycles to framed artwork, Marshall's offered quality merchandise once again. I was able to find a lot of fun items for the children on my list. Some of the items were duplicates of what they carried at Home Goods. If you couldn't find the exact bric-a-brac you are looking for, you may want to check this store for a variety of colors and sizes that are similar. We let the customer service woman know what we were looking for, but she insisted we try more things. They did not fit the brief of what my wife likes. We stated multiple times, NO florals, NO heavy sweetness, NO musk & referenced her preferences. The customer service agents we saw didn't seem to understand fragrance, and only how to deal with the typical mall shopper's preferences & trying to upsell us on more expensive perfume. The last woman we saw at the Jones No 9 counter (presumably the manager) was very rude and abrasive. She demanded "what budget are you working with, seriously", almost sounding as if she was yelling at us and just wanted to close a deal. I told her I simply wanted to find something my wife would like, and she said "you have to have a budget". Then she presented us with a woody fragrance that my wife did not like. She then tells us that "there's nothing sweet in the there, only woods", meanwhile there was amber in there and we have studied a lot on different types of fragrances. The customer service agents were incompetent, since they don't actually know what notes we are looking for and overwhelming us with different scents and getting upset that we didn't like them. I know they make a commission, so it felt like they were trying to take their anger out on us for not wanting anything and insinuating that we weren't there to make a purchase. Due to the poor service, I would not want to buy anything from these people in the future and would go to another location.
