I reached out to Target and filed a claim. They "investigated" the claim and denied it. Their take was they sent the package and they have a photo to prove it. I agreed that I received the package, but stated 1 of the 2 items was missing. It's only $30 but it's the principle of the matter. They just gave me the runaround for a bit, and then leaned into the package was delivered. They said I needed to file a police report and another claims with UPS so they can provide the actual weight of the package. It would be ridiculous to file a police report because I actually received an intact package. It was only 1 item that was missing, so I thought checking with UPS would be a good idea because if they actually check the weight of the packages, it would be underweight, proving an item was missing. But guess what, when I tried filing a claim with UPS, I received a message from UPS stating, "Unfortunately we cannot process your claim. The sender has restricted claims for this package. Please reach out to them directly for assistance." Talk about covering all your bases. This is clearly seems like THEFT BY TARGET. No wonder their stock has been going up lately. They're making 100% profit on the things you order. Has anyone else had a similar issue? How did you resolve it?

I had to go to two different machines to alert someone. Then I ask the lady about their AirPods and she looked annoyed and said yea probably in the back and just ringing out of my stuff. I figured you know what I'd rather spend that $ elsewhere. Also the Starbucks only had one person so that took a while too. Never again!

The 2nd appeared to be working where I found the dresses. I asked for assistance and was met with indifference. No smile. The 3rd was at the register. She was pleasant at checkout but was preoccupied initially with colleague banter. Overall I would go again and hope for a more pleasant experience.

I recently purchased a Blackstone griddle from Walmart. The listed price in the store and online was $187 at the time of purchase. However, I later realized that I was actually charged $193. The next day, I returned to the store to request a price adjustment for the difference. Unfortunately, the customer service cashier was dismissive and did not listen to my explanation. I tried several times to explain that I was not asking for an additional discount or trying to repeatedly lower the price. I simply wanted to be charged the correct advertised price of $187. Instead of listening, the employee repeatedly told me "no" and stated that I "can't keep getting a lower price," even though that was not what I was requesting. I found the interaction frustrating and disrespectful because I was only asking Walmart to honor the advertised price. I would appreciate it if this matter could be reviewed and if better customer service could be provided in situations like this. Customers should be treated respectfully and given the opportunity to explain their concerns. Thank you for your time.

At the customer service checkout counter, we met Ginny, a customer service manager. Ginny was professional, kind to my kids and myself, and helpful. She gracefully showed myself and the cashier trainee (who was also professional and nice) how to locate in-store coupons on the JCPenney app. The price for my purse and turtleneck ended up being very reasonable for great quality.
