They were very nice but trying to get our particular candle with our coupon and not feeling we should pay full price for a candle that is defective but yet still willing to help Kohl's and take it off their hands at a reasonable amount. I bought the Pattern hair products by Tracy Ellis Ross. I love how the products make my hair feel. They aren't heavily scented which I like too. They also help with skincare items as well. The Promenade has a medium size food court, IMAX theater, big name stores (JCPenney, Macy's etc.), specialty stores (Miniso, Dick's) and plenty of eateries (Lazy Dog, California Pizza Kitchen, Lucille's BBQ and more). It's also surrounded by tons of other stores and eateries that are not attached to it, it's in the shopping hub of Temecula. Service is pretty good, the staff keep the floors clean and tables whipped. However, the restrooms are awful. I took a star partly for this reason. Note: Extra Parking - A parking structure is adjacent to the IMAX theater if you're looking for somewhere to park and the main parking is full.

Well stocked, but if you see something you want, better get it or it'll won't last long on the shelves. And even though it appears to be empty during the week, it gets cleaned out by the weekends. It's still relatively reasonable, especially since everything is going up, prices are a lot lower than going to a high end department store & Amazon, as you know has outrageously priced clothing & low quality material blended w/materials that likely contain questionable or toxic chemicals. Some decent small furniture pieces, home decor, bath & bed- list goes on. Let's not forget what they were originally known for- Coats and jackets w/smaller inventory than it was in the beginning, but come shop in fall asap, as they sell out quickly.
