The business manager made claims that I was offered certain services, which is simply not true. It's frustrating and concerning to have inaccurate statements made about my experience rather than taking accountability. Claiming services were provided or offered when they were not is misleading. I also find it inappropriate to dismiss a customer's concerns by referencing their Yelp review history instead of addressing the actual issue at hand professionally. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not consider this business reliable or trustworthy.
