Amazing service! Kylie always does an amazing job I always come back for her, , she was able to match the color of my nails to the reference photo perfectly and she made two nails short like I asked. Overall very satisfied with the results, service is always great. Clean and relaxing salon . They do a great job. 10/10 recommend to everyone!!!

I visited Lavish Nails back in January and was so impressed by the quality of their work that I made sure to stop by again while in Thousand Oaks this week -- and they did not disappoint! I got a mani/pedi, and both Anne and Kaylie were fantastic. Anne did my pedicure and was incredibly meticulous, taking great care with every detail and introducing me to their new fall colours collection. My feet have never felt better! Kaylie did my manicure and was so gentle and conscientious, especially knowing my nails were thin and brittle from a previous salon. She applied my Gel-X nails delicately, pausing when needed to make sure I was comfortable during curing. When I noticed a small bump near my cuticle, she handled my feedback with total professionalism and a great sense of humour -- such a refreshing experience! The salon itself is clean, bright, and beautifully upgraded. The new seats are unbelievably comfortable, and the atmosphere is calm and welcoming. Their pricing is standard for the industry, but the quality of service and care you receive truly sets them apart. Both ladies were a joy to chat with, and I left feeling pampered and happy with my nails. I only wish I lived closer so I could come here regularly -- this is hands down one of the best nail salons I've been to!

I've been told about the products they use and it seems like they're always using top of the line materials which gives me long lasting results. I have been going to Kaylee the owner of this salon for almost 20 years and when I say she is the best I mean it!!! Such a beautiful salon and very accomdating! The staff is very friendly and never dissapoint! If you have a chance to visit or are looking for a new nail salon I promise you will love it here! I drive all the way from the valley just to see Kaylee!

I rarely write any negative reviews but my experience here was unprofessional and disappointing. First time "almost" customer...stopped by here to make an appointment for a pedicure August 7th, at 5pm. Came back at 4:59 pm for my appointment. One technician with a customer doing a manicure. Second technician (seem to be the owner) working on a pedicure on another customer. She welcomed me but seem surprised that I was there. She even said "You have an appointment at 5:30?" I said "No my appointment is at 5pm." I didn't think much I figured I can wait a little although slightly agitated. I can tell she got her current customer as a walk-in...and I'm almost certain that she didn't even write down my appointment in her calendar. It's a good thing I kept the appointment card. I was the only one waiting. Saw another person walked in, got called up with the other technician...obviously she had an appointment. I am still waiting and this lady is still working on the pedicure of this customer. I abruptly got up and just said "I'm leaving and that I was there for my 5 o'clock appointment." She proceeded to say 'Oh no please wait I'm almost done." I just got up and left anyways. Never again. With so many nail salons...this type of customer service and professionalism (or lack of) is unacceptable. I do not recommend this shop.

Mimi is my favorite nail girl ever! I've followed her to every location because she's that good. She's talented, detailed, and always leaves my nails looking perfect. The vibe at the salon is great and the space is clean!

Absolutely love this place. They do such a great job every time on my nails. They last for 3-4 weeks. Very reasonably priced.

They were kind. But I am so disappointed that I have nothing to say really except the quality that I paid $49 for a basic manicure and pedicure just is not there. I will post one photo that I just took after coming straight home. I feel like crying. I didn't have the time to do it and I decided to do it for myself anyway. I just have to take it off and clean up my cuticles by myself. Nails were twice this length. They kept messing up the evenness of them so they kept going shorter to try to fix it. The polish is a mess. read more

DONT GO HERE! BEWARE GELL POLISH IS VERY TRANSPARENT!/ODDLY Thin! Owner is VERY rude/unprofessional. ALSO, THIS SALON SANDS YOUR NAIL BED DOWN SO PAPER THIN THAT YOUR NAILS WILL RIP. Recently ALL their Gell polish has had a very ODD consistency/SUPER THIN/looks almost watered down!?? They will be rude/charge you if you dont mention blotchy thin Gell outcome before you leave! My nail girl did my Gell nails and I mentioned it looked different/very blotchy and she said that the gel polish is very thin because it's new?!? Another customer sitting next to me had mentioned how weird her color turned out too and said she just won't go back. I have never experienced gel that is so weak/watered down w/low pigment. In the sunshine I noticed how UNEVEN the color was (looked terrible). When I came the next day to have them fixed, my nail girl apologized & she said that my nails did not look good. She explained that it was her fault, she said that THE POLISH WAS NEW therefore extremely THIN and said that she should have "put 1-2 more coats on to make the color even"?!? Ok, NOT MY FAULT. I've also mentioned that the grind and sand down old Gell so much that my nails are paper thin and ripping! My gf stopped going last month for this reason. The next time I came in, the owner was extremely RUDE and said id have to PAY NEXT TIME THE COLOR CAME OUT BLOTCHY. I spent over $165 cash every 6 weeks, pay 18%~25 % tip without EVER getting a receipt & they never ring me up (they always put the money straight their pocket). Are they paying tax? I've been kind, generous and a loyal customer. I'll be taking my business elsewhere read more

This is my second time coming here for a pedicure, first time they messed up the paint and didn't even do the whole service. Second time they over charged me for my pedicure. Pedicures are $40 for the deluxe and they said it was $50 I didn't get gel or French just solid color. And they don't even paint the whole toe area, if I look closely the sides look horrible. I tried to give this place a chance but overall if I am going to pay it should be done professionally. Only plus is the place is clean but there nail techs are not experienced. Can't even do a simple pedicure. read more

Please beware ! The owner Tina damaged my nails pretty badly . She filed them continuously with an electric buffer and weakened them so badly that they bend backwards or forward with the slightest pressure . I had to go to another salon and have them cut very short. The salon said she thinned and weakened my nail beds and they need to grow out before I'll have decent nails again ! That could be months! Read reviews!! read more

TERRIBLE!!!! From the second you walk in to the second you run out, they DO. NOT. STOP. trying to upsell you!!! I wanted a relaxing mani/pedi. I just need the basics. BUT NOOOO. I was constantly harassed to upgrade. The COMPLETE OPPOSITE of RELAXING! I was told I have nail fungus, so I should upgrade to the most expensive pedi to cure it. For the record, I do NOT have nail fungus! And if I did, they should have asked the to politely to leave to I do not spread it to anyone else! NOT SANITARY! I did upgrade to the mid-pedi (SUCKER!) b/c I wanted more exfoliation. NOT WORTH IT. My pedi was very rushed! Not worth the extra $20. It was the basic pedi. Rip off! WILL NEVER RETURN! And neither should you! read more

The ladies here are great. They accommodate walk-ins. I like french tips and Tina & Kailey are the best at it! They are perfectionists in the best way possible. They make sure your nails on both hands are filed in the same shape and length. They are incredible at french tips! You show them a photo and they can replicate it. I would not recommend anyone else for this. Not everyone there can do french tips as I've experienced today despite showing a photo. I went with a solid color instead due to several failed attempts. read more

HONEST review: this is the only place I will go for my nails. BUT I only go to Kaylie or Tina. This is my first time getting gel X, it's a game changer. And their cost is way less than other places I've gone to, at $60. I got complimented by 5 random strangers yesterday for my plain Jane stilleto nails. I will say, there is one nail tech I am not fond of who is an older woman. She gives the worst manicures here and my best friend went here and got a terrible manicure from a man. So, anytime I go I ONLY use Kaylie and Tina. Kaylie was about to drive home and literally reparked to accommodate me last minute when she didn't have to. They are the sweetest ladies. read more

We went to have a mommy and me little date. Manicures and pedicures and I even got my eye brow wax by Kaylie. Kaylie is not only the sweetest and most amazing nail tech I ever met in my life but all the place is super nice Kim did my little girl pedicure and she was in love with the little daisies she paint for her. The happy hour pedicure with orange and Glicera rub Omg I'm in heaven and those chairs my girl asked if we can have one at home lol We will be coming back for sure!! read more

I've only been to lavish nails 2 times but already I have decided I will be a repeat customer. The staff here are attentive, talented and very accommodating. Today I went In to get a gel-x removal and new set and was promptly attended to by a gentleman named Tony who made sure I got exactly what I was envisioning even tho they didn't have the color I had picked out. The rest was even better than what I wanted and I am very happy with my nails. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting the latest trends on the Pinterest nail design feeds. Thank you Tony! I went in for the first time last week just for a classic mani-pedi (no gel this time). This is a very clean and pretty salon, and the staff is very friendly. I wasn't expecting my manicure to last very long since it wasn't gel. I just needed pretty nails for the next day. My pedicure still looks great, though, and I'm getting compliments. I'm sure I'll pop back in this summer for another mani, pedi, or both. read more

This a combination of 3 different trips... Earlier this month on a Sunday, checked Yelp just to make sure they were open. Drove from Camarillo to find out they were closed! I checked the business's hours of operation listed on the front door, they should have been opened. Waste of a drive... I visited on a Thursday walked in at 5:50ish PM (they close at 7) for a gel mani/pedi. The manicurist who was busy with her own nails, requested I come back because she didn't have time. Reluctantly, we settled on just a gel mani. It was so horrible halfway through I requested no polish and went home I had to fix my my nails myself. Visited once more, had a gel mani/ped. It's been one week and my manicure has chipped and the polish is peeling off. I'm pretty sure it's because the manicurist was in a rush and wouldn't let the coats dry in between. read more

I often get gel acrylics regularly , but I also tried my first lip and eyebrow waxing here and it went amazing as always! When it comes to their customer service they are always outstanding and go above and beyond! So if you're looking for that, DEFINITELY try this place out!! It's also who you go to. Every nail salon has their good manicurist and bad ones... I've always come out satisfied. My favorite nail spa in Thousand Oaks area, I used to frequent top nails but did not appreciate my "fast food" style service. They have a clean shop and really listen to what you want. My daughter wanted artwork on her nails and they had two separate people complete her manicure in order to get the best nails/design! The nail art is amazing here! The technician massaged, cleaned, trimmed, painted and added some fancy nail art to my toes. I had a parafin treatment on my hands that also included a massage.
