Martin Tire Company to the rescue! Our old, but reliable Corolla, needed a tire replaced that had picked up a very long rusty nail! The horrendous issue was the one week wait from Sam's Tire Center, which was a disaster, but that's for another review. Anyway, we went in, and found not one, but all four tires! The staff was most helpful and in less than three hours, our car was ready. We didn't wait, they called my husband once the car was ready. I explained that it felt that my front right tire was wobbly or something didn't feel right about it. I picked up my car after having two tires replaced and an alignment done. The price we were charged was almost twice what we were quoted, not to mention my AEB light and my Electric Power Steering Warning Light is on when even though they weren't on when I dropped the car off! I came for a tire to get fixed just walking in the attitude was a I don't feel like working. Let me see it might not be able to fix it. He saw it said I don't think I can fix it because I don't know the angle of the nail and your tires are old. So I asked him can you fix it ? He said no but I can give you prices for new tires. I told him that I had a place already and left. He might be right but attitude is horrible no courtesy or a good attitude at all. read more

These guys are my heroes. I'm traveling cross country in my MB Sprinter RV. Had a blow out on one of my rear dually tires between Las Cruces and El Paso. We called and they said come on in. Turns out we had issues with a couple of other tires so they replaced all six tires in just a little over an hour. Friendly staff, fast work, fair price and all on a holiday Monday. My tire warning light came on. I checked the Toyota application that monitors my RAV4. It stated all was ok but the warning light was still on. I stopped at Martin Tire to have them do an air check (takes a minute) but the mechanics on duty first ignored me, then said I had to park and go into their office to request a work order. They were quite rude. They blew me off. As I drove around the parking lot another employee came into their service area and he did check the air in my tires. It took two minutes. He was not very friendly but he did help me. I will not be going to Martin Tire ever again. read more

My daughter had her tires replaced a week ago in addition to getting an alignment. A week later, she felt her steering still out of balance. She made an appointment for an inspection to see if there was a problem. She arrived 14 minutes late and Sam, the manager at the front counter was rude, impatient and sarcastic when he told her she would have to wait fir the next slot on 4 hours and went on to mock her when she described the steering issue. She then called me since my office is just down the road to pick her up since she was upset. When I got there, I asked at the counter if I could speak to the manager and that's when Sam told me he was the manager. I went on to explain that I realized my daughter was late but that was no excuse to treat her with the rudeness and sarcasm since she was alone and knew nothing about car mechanics. He half-sincerely apologized and used the excuse that they're a really busy center. At that point the technician who my daughter recognized as working on her car the previous week walked in and said he could take a quick look at it. This technician took the car, made some adjustable had it ready 35 minutes later. This technician saved the day and made our experience much better. Seems like he should be the manager and Sam should go back to training on customer service. read more

I went to the martin tire on lee trevino to put 2 new tires on my toyota camry. I had the tires i just needed them balanced and installed. I saw the technician drive my car out and noticed he had some type of machine to clear my tire light on. Now my engine light is on and other lights are on my dash board. I never asked them to clear anything just to install my tires. Then the front counter person told me they had nothing to do with my lights on my dashboard. I decided I had to get my oil changed yesterday, for context my vehicle had 46640 miles on it and the last oil change was at 39306 miles 20210825 I had been going to Martin Tire on Montana for years now so naturally I went there confident that I would not be taken advantage and as professionals I could trust their word I asked for a full synthetic oil change as I usually do, and 180 dollars later after showing someone knowledgeable the receipt, I realize I only got the synthetic oil blend (the comments on top said full synthetic but if you look at the actual oil used it's regular) and a coolant flush exchange that I didn't need I suppose staff took one look at me and said oh we're going to make our money with her today, they told me I was getting full synthetic I didn't but paid $98.00, he came back and said "your coolant is low would you like us to replace it, the hot summer is coming and you don't want the antifreeze to be low" I said "yes" I'm not knowledgeable so of course I said yes 150 dollars later I got my coolant flushed, and exchanged, not knowing it could just be topped off I was trying to make sense of the price after they said they give 10 percent military discount they also wanted to not honor what the 10 percent of the total is and a coupon I found on their website for the said flush I needed If they're taken my hard earned money imagine how many other naive/trusting folks I just want folks to be reminded that the places we frequent and come to trust are in fact businesses and ethics get thrown out the window for some reason and in some businesses I'd go and speak to them but I'm afraid all they'd say is "well sorry ma'am you paid, and that was yesterday" if their genuineness was gone yesterday I'm sure it'll be gone today I did try to call their corporate office, just to maybe find someone who I could bring their attention to this buutt all I got was voicemail... Please spread awareness! Any advice on how to proceed is welcomed and would really be appreciated it, I think at this point I'll have to chalk it up as a huge loss/epic fail but hopefully a reminder to folks not to trust the men (I'll say men, I saw no females working at that time) at the Martin Tire Montana Location, really hoping not all the Martin Tire Locations are the same! read more

Went in and got a wheel alignment, was pulling to the left a little. Drove home did not drive truck till mon. to go to work and the truck pulled more to the left and the steering wheel was about 2in off center to the right. have requested an appointment for this Sat. morn to fix this. But it only takes one bad experience to look for a new shop. read more

Long story short "Ronald" at martin tire checked my tires and although they are pretty used they were able to balance them and my truck drives smooth again! Not friendly at all. Every middle aged guy acted like I was bothering them. I called to check on my status and the man on the other end hung up on me. I had to ask questions about how long and the guy stood staring at me I stared back until he finally just said "keys." Go to Big O. They are all nice. read more

I purchased 2 new tires and asked them to put on the front of the car. After I paid and they told me my car was ready to take I noticed the new tires were on the back. I reminded the salesman of my request and he said they are required to put on the back. I also asked to hand tighten which they told me they are not allowed to do. Manager said to bring back for free tire rotation which is in writing on their bill. When I did they said they would not rotate because the better tires need to in the back. When I pointed out in the agreement they said that did not matter. Stay away from Martin Tire, the worse liers and service I have experienced in years read more

Services are provided uniformly as dictated by overall company policy and conformity. I am overall pleased with the quality of work and time efficiency or my many years of going here. Customer service definitely depends on the personality of the representative behind the counter. This "personality divide" can either enhance or destroy the enjoyment of doing business with this location. THIS aspect of the business is not standardized. For the most part, the staff is both courteous and efficient, but there are a few sour apples where "service courtesy" is lacking. (Also, be forwarned, the entire service bay does not have a shop vaccum to complimentarily suction out the tire well where your spare is stored and gets quite dirty over time. The customer must attend to that task personally prior to putting the spare back in the well if they want it clean. No alternative options were offered by my today's attending sour staff member) Oh "well" ! LOL read more
