The Grilled Salmon was the best I had ever had in any restaurant in Charleston.

What an absolutely wonderful find! The food and drinks were divine. We were a party of three, celebrating a birthday, and the drinks were amazing and the food - OMG - was wonderful! Highly recommend and definitely will be returning.

We walked in and were told the wait would be about a hour and 15 minutes. We placed our names on the wait list and received a call within 15 minutes to notify us our table was ready. The decor and atmosphere was nice. There was live music playing which presented with pros and cons. I ordered an amaretto sour and the shrimp and grits. The amaretto sour was awful. Our waitress was nice about returning the drink twice. I opted for Moscato. The waitress wasn't keen on the drink list or the bartender's capabilities. The shrimp and grits was good but for the price I was expecting a bigger serving. I'm not used to shrimp and grits with brown gravy but the flavor was definitely there! Once we were done, the waitress took our cards at the table and came back with printed merchant receipts for us to sign and leave a tip. I didn't like that there wasn't a way to preview my bill beforehand Our receive a copy of the customer's receipt. The restaurant advertises a two hour maximum for the table once your order is placed. I'm not sure if they actually enforce that as we weren't seated for a full two hours. This is odd as it took the kitchen a good while to bring our food. I can try a restaurant once but this isn't a place I'd return to.

Great service. Great vibe. They ran out of fried ribs and my soul was crushed. Will definitely visit again!

Steak bites were the perfect snack! Good vibes and our server gave great recommendations.

    Crispy brussel sprouts. Very tasty.

Location being not what you would expect from a great restaurant and bar, but worth the visit. The decor is sexy and romantic but with a masculine flair. Would say great for business meetings as it is moderate in volume and has great food and drinks. We had several drinks from a dry martini to their watermelon martini. The bartender was also the server, but we were never neglected and everything came out with great timing. We appreciated the nice and friendly service we received the entire time dinning. They brought water out without having to ask and it looked clean unlike other restaurants downtown that the water bottle they use has mold around the rim. Not here. Here the bottle was clean. The drink presentation was beautiful with a beautiful flower each time. The food was all delicious which exceeded all our expectations. We are looking forward to going back.

We found this place on a reel on IG and decided to try it out. We are so glad that we did!! Our bachelorette party of 5 was welcomed with open arms. Toya was our waitress and she was absolutely AMAZING! She recommended food and drinks and everything we ordered came out fast and fresh. I had the crab cake, caprese salad, and cucumber martini and all were fabulous. My caprese salad had spinach instead of basil which was interesting but it was still delicious. This is definitely somewhere I will come back to every time I'm in the area!!

We went to celebrate my sister's 35th birthday. Our waiter was amazing! Great vibes! The food was so good but it is tapas. All of the Martinis that were ordered by our group of 5 were excellent! Can't wait to go again!

Mt. Pleasant Martini and chicken abd Waffle. Excellent.

If you make reservations for the evening don't expect a confirmation early. They will tell you if you got the table or not last minute.

Both experiences left us full and happy. Started with the potato dishes both times, papas and bombas, perfectly crispy and fluffy in the middle. I tried the cured tuna belly and have not had anything like it, melt in your mouth and thin as glass, with a great cured taste. Fried rabbit was wonderfully crispy and juicy, perfect with the sauce they provided. And the crab rice was amazing, like crab risotto with squid ink and an herby oil, danced in my mouth. Finally had churros and basque cheese cake, might've been the best of each that I've ever had. We had so much more than that but I struggle to find words to describe how good it all was, and everything was at a very approachable price. Will be back!

The wrinkled potatoes did suprise us as we weren't expecting straight up potatoes, but that's probably more of an error on our part. The Setas a la Parilla was my personal favorite dish, and I thought the mushrooms were really well made, and would def recommend trying. The lamb in the Zorza de Cordero was a bit chewy for my liking. Overall, I will say we were a bit confused how this place is a Michelin star resturant. I think in terms of ambience, this place didn't fit our Michelin expectations as it was quite small. While the food was good, and homely, it wasn't really unique.

My sister comes here almost all the time and gets that exact bowl that I ordered and she told me to order it and it was absolutely amazing. The dumplings were also exceptional. The dipping sauce that they had with them was very good.. I cannot remember what the drinks were called that I had but I had one that was made and then I had one of their frozen drinks and it wasn't too sweet. It wasn't one of those gross ones that you usually come across it was actually a good cocktail.. One of the bartenders was a little aloof we kind of sat there quite a while, waiting for him to refill our empty drinks for about 25 minutes, but other than that, everything was great and if you get a chance, check out the bathrooms, they are wild... in a good way. I would give this place 5 stars, but I'm giving it 4 because the bartender was not attentive.

Finds your table, if you arrive early for a reservation we had luck with them seating us and he says a kind goodbye as we left each time. Nice list of 3 mocktails so even if not consuming alcohol one can look to play the part at the table and enjoy the flavor notes of a well made cocktail. The first meal we had was a bit of a work/get together meal. We ordered an assortment of items off of the menu and created a more tapas menu. The charcuterie board we picked the cheeses for and it was lovely. All as expected and quite surprised to find a cheddar I enjoyed. Came with some grapes, figs, nuts, honey and I think mustard. Glazed carrots were phenomenal. Heartily enjoyed the beet salad and thought the presentation was quite pretty. Lamb lettuce wraps are alright. Not my favorite of all the dishes served but delivered as promised, nicely cooked and presented. Spouse really liked the lamb wraps and were a stand out dish to them. Meatballs are excellent truly great texture and flavor. Escargot was a fun take on a classic dish. Finished with a unique strudel in its presentation it was quite pleasant. Spouse liked the peanut butter chocolate dessert. For brunch, I had the carrot ginger soup. Which I must say was a total delight. The soup had the hallmark texture and base flavor of the carrot ginger but it had a beautiful breath of savory and some heat seasoning wise to it. It was quite an elevated soup and heartily enjoyed! I followed the carrot soup with a French toast. I am all for softly scrambled eggs but the French toast was a touch undercooked. (I did not let the restaurant know or give them the chance to make right. I regularly eat soft boiled eggs and soft scrambled so I felt comfortable with consuming them.) Strawberries were ripe and tasty. The whipped cream was gorgeous in thickness and flavor. One in law had the caesar salad with croutons and grilled chicken. Their bowl was left clean so while they are not the talkative of sorts they did seem to enjoy it. Ordered a baguette with butter. Unfortunately the butter never made it to the table but the baguette was enjoyed. Spouse had the Azur burger with the side of tapas style potatoes. All was cooked properly to temperature and texture. Flavor and taste as promised. Wasn't their favorite dish at Azur as we had tried so many lovely dishes a few evenings before. But it did deliver on what was represented in the menu. Other in law had the quiche and a side salad. They liked the quiche and would order it again.
