Bar

Walked in for dinner with a friend at 5:15 on a Friday night. I was met with the host who asked if we had a reservation...I kindly said no and started explaining that we would not mind sitting at the bar. The host cut me off and said "all we have is bar seating." She walked us over to bar. Small and not inviting. Menu looks great but pricey. 110 for a surf and turf for one? Yikes. Ordered a filthy martini. Full of icicles. Shaken way too hard. Decided to not get dinner here and went somewhere else instead.

Martini is unparalleled not just in Daytona but would be so in any city. The food is fantastic as is the service. The sea bass is THE best I've had anywhere. Elegant and cozy. One of our favorite restaurants anywhere in the world. It's our first stop when we're

Drinks are amazing. Great service. Food was outstanding. Highly recommend. Will definitely be coming back.

Martinis a hidden gem in South Daytona! The ambience of this restaurant and the service is five star and the organic food is delicious it also has a great drinks menu with really well made espresso martinis. The garden has ample outdoors seating with a stunning backdrop wall waterfall there is also a separate building for events such as weddings, baby showers and birthdays. This location is stunning and is perfect for a romantic night out it has lots of parking in the rear of the property a great dining experience and a must visit if you're in town.

This was the perfect place for a girl's night out... Some co-workers and I were looking for a new place to have our monthly night out, and someone suggested this restaurant. From the outer lounge area complete with water feature and a totally pet-able feline to the college dorm room inspired candles in the bottle decor, the restaurant creates a great evening out ambience. Let's start with the loss of a star... that was for service... there was a lot of waiting for orders, water, drinks, clearing of plates, etc while a multitude of servers were literally standing around. You'd think it would be easy to get their attention, but it wasn't. So that's why I took off a star. Beyond that the food and drinks were impressive and made up for the service. We started with various different martinis which we tasted and shared and ordered second rounds of. The starters were the highlight of the meal and you could easily make a meal of any of them. The brie plate with the fresh fruit was amazing. The filet mignon spring rolls were small but flavorful. They had a special pork belly that evening that was the right amount of crispy, crunchy and chewy with a tangy pineapple marinade. Salads were well-proportioned and flavorful, and the group ordered various entrees: surf and turf, shrimp and sea scallops, rack of lamb. Presentation definitely was there and the food measured up to it, as did the servings... most of us took home doggy bags, because, of course, we had to try the desserts... we shared the torte and the creme brûlée both of which were delicious. Would have loved some coffee with dessert but it took some time to arrive and dessert was done. If I go back, I will make a reservation. We were able to secure a table for 6 without a reservation on a Thursday night, but the restaurant was full and we may not be so lucky the next time. I might go back just to enjoy drinks and appetizers in the outside lounge area... the cat certainly was attentive.

One of my favorite restaurants for dinner and martinis . This restaurant has a very nice outdoor dining area , a very romantic feel to it . The food is very fresh and well prepared. I can tell they pay much attention to their dishes and drinks . The martinis are delicious and have a very good selection. The service is too notch , the times I've been here the servers are always very attentive to my needs and very welcoming.

What a find!!! Beautiful design + Wonderful drinks, food, service. ( Katie did a great job) We ordered tuna martini for appetizer and house salad, both very distinctive and delicious. For main course lobster sauté and Bass - both served on the bed of rice with perfectly cooked vegetables - we ate every morsel of it! Raspberries sorbet was to die for - perfect ending of the very special dinner. Highly recommend.

Food is very expensive. Charging $10 for water is deceptive and petty. Won't be back.

A handful of outdoor tables, the rest inside, all clean and efficiently turned. Everything comes out fast and hot--service is brisk, bordering on assembly-line smooth. The French toast ($9) is as basic as it gets: two slices, a dusting of powdered sugar, syrup, and a lonely half strawberry. It tastes exactly like what it looks like--standard, soft, slightly forgettable. Not offensive, just... there. The latte was solid, and my mom's coffee was hot, strong, and dependable. The avocado toast tried, but didn't quite land. Cream cheese base, fried egg, tomato, and sliced avocado--some of which leaned a little too ripe. The tomato had a firm bite, the bread barely toasted, and the whole thing felt under-seasoned and uninspired. It needed salt, crunch, personality--something. The double chocolate muffin was moist, soft, and generously studded with melted chocolate pockets. Not house-made-feeling, more like a well-executed bakery standard--but still the best bite of the morning. (They also offer cranberry walnut and blueberry.) Bottom line: Skip the composed plates. Grab a muffin and a coffee--it's the smartest, happiest move here.

I had the beef rib soup and my friend had pork bone soup. They were both delicious. I always test the soup stock first and it was so good I had to tell them how great it was right then and there. The beef rib was tender and plentiful too. Of course if it's Korean meal it comes with banchan. The kimchee banchan is homemade and perfectly seasoned. It was my first time having tomato kimchee and I tore it up. An older gentleman came in, had lunch and before he left he said it was some of the best Korean food he's ever eaten. That's how good it is. The restaurant is huge and has a large bar area. I wasn't sure what to expect but it's great for gatherings and of course it has the BBQ grill in the middle of all the tables. I especially like that it's not just a KBBQ. If you're eating alone there is plenty on the menu for singles to eat too! The owner and her son came to our table and were so nice. They truly love what they do and it showed. I highly recommend checking it out. Wait till you see the robot server, it was so cool!

The Pink Flamingo was delicious. The biggest surprise for us was the cinnamon roll kitchen where bakers are making fresh cinnamon rolls in front of you and you can eat as many as you like! The beauty of this restaurant is that the "fish camp" fixins' are on an all-you-can-eat buffet. But your entree is made to order, fresh for you! Best of both worlds! We had 8 in our party and were delighted to know that it takes 12 for the gratuity to be automatic. That was not an issue, though. Our first server "cousin Richard" was excellent, but then he got pulled away and "cousin Bailey" took care of us. Both were delightfully friendly and very attentive. In our group we had chicken tenders, which I sampled and were some of the best I've ever had. We had shark and alligator appetizers. They were both awesome. We had sautéed shrimp and sautéed scallops. Both were swimming in a delicious buttery garlic sauce and cooked to perfection. One had meatloaf and said it was great! One had salmon. And a couple of people had the crab cakes which they also said were delicious. The sides were also good, and the "fish camp" sides were awesome. I want to especially comment on the cheese grits. As a G.R.I.T.S. (Girl raised in the south) and a devout grits snob, I give my wholehearted double thumbs-up on the grits. I thought my grandson was going to make himself sick eating so much! Final word, the cinnamon rolls were AMAZING!! Warm out of the oven and covered with sugary sauce.

While my wife and I found a number of casual restaurants on the Yelp app to try, this place succeeded in bringing us here by its menu selection. We seated ourselves and the server welcomed us and brought over menus. She was helpful and friendly through the entire meal. Because I had previewed the menu, I quickly chose "da Nachos. My wife chose the Original Dancer sandwich. Wow! The flavors in both our dishes hit our tastebuds to easily say we'd return here. For "da Nachos", the thin sliced sirloin combined with the jalapeño, sautéed mushrooms, melted cheese, chipotle and garlic aioli was like "music" in my mouth (if there could be such a thing!). I greatly appreciated how the chips stood up to all the juice and condiments. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her fully-packed sandwich, and the side of cucumber salad was light, yet tasty and satisfying. We met and talked briefly with the owner who was a nice chap. One last note. The interior from about the kitchen back was littered with boxes of miscellaneous items. We don't know if they had run out of space in back or if it always was cluttered. Additionally, we noticed a smell, like cleaning solution further into the place. Don't let these last two items deter your visit here. Check out the menu, and order food. Just know you might want to consider eating outside or getting takeout.
