The menu is thoughtfully crafted with organic and locally sourced ingredients, and truly has something for everyone. We couldn't decide on just one dish (because everything sounded amazing), so we ordered several appetizers to share--and honestly, it was the best decision. Every single bite was incredible. The wait staff was attentive without being overbearing, and our server's recommendation of the farm salad was next-level--fresh, flavorful, and absolutely to die for. After dinner, we took our drinks to the bar for another round and soaked in the atmosphere a little longer. It was one of those meals you don't want to end. I had been to this restaurant with a group of women during the summer. We arrived at 5pm, so we had lots of sunlight. Everyone loved their meals. No complaints from anyone. I thought it would be a great location to celebrate our anniversary, so I made a reservation. Now it's November and already starting to get dark at 6pm. This restaurant is VERY dark inside once the night falls. Very hard to see their menu. What wasn't hard to see was a black bug crawling across our table. (Later, it crawled across my Caesar salad!) The restaurant was also very busy and VERY LOUD. We had gone online to get some ideas of what we might want to order. The website very clearly says that their offerings change frequently according to the season. The menu was EXACTLY the same as the website, with the exception of the pricing for beef dishes - much more expensive. Our server was Leah. While she was polite enough, she was admittedly new at her job, and it showed a little. That will come with time and confidence. And finally, once we paid our bill and were headed for the door, we brought the bug situation to the manager's attention. She couldn't have cared less. She was very busy telling us how often they spray and how clean their restaurant is. Well, not this night. It was clear our concern was falling on deaf ears. We just left. There are many great places to eat in Daytona and we chose this one for my husband's birthday party this year.Made reservations for the birthday that we clearly let the restaurant know about. The staff completely forgot it was the guest's birthday and didn't even say a simple Happy Birthday. For the price there needs to be more attention to detail. Our food took a while to come out but was very good. I asked them as we were leaving why they didn't even acknowledge his birthday and they said they overlooked it. I was met with the host who asked if we had a reservation...I kindly said no and started explaining that we would not mind sitting at the bar. The menu looked great and it was a couple of miles from our condo on the beach. We arrived at the restaurant with another couple and was our waitress was Isabel. Their menu prices online are a joke because if they truly posted their prices, people would not dine there. This was the perfect place for a girl's night out... Some co-workers and I were looking for a new place to have our monthly night out, and someone suggested this restaurant. From the outer lounge area complete with water feature and a totally pet-able feline to the college dorm room inspired candles in the bottle decor, the restaurant creates a great evening out ambience. Let's start with the loss of a star... that was for service... there was a lot of waiting for orders, water, drinks, clearing of plates, etc while a multitude of servers were literally standing around. You'd think it would be easy to get their attention, but it wasn't. So that's why I took off a star. Beyond that the food and drinks were impressive and made up for the service. We started with various different martinis which we tasted and shared and ordered second rounds of. The starters were the highlight of the meal and you could easily make a meal of any of them. The brie plate with the fresh fruit was amazing. The filet mignon spring rolls were small but flavorful. They had a special pork belly that evening that was the right amount of crispy, crunchy and chewy with a tangy pineapple marinade. Salads were well-proportioned and flavorful, and the group ordered various entrees: surf and turf, shrimp and sea scallops, rack of lamb. Presentation definitely was there and the food measured up to it, as did the servings... most of us took home doggy bags, because, of course, we had to try the desserts... we shared the torte and the creme brûlée both of which were delicious. Would have loved some coffee with dessert but it took some time to arrive and dessert was done. If I go back, I will make a reservation. We were able to secure a table for 6 without a reservation on a Thursday night, but the restaurant was full and we may not be so lucky the next time. I might go back just to enjoy drinks and appetizers in the outside lounge area... the cat certainly was attentive. read more

We have found a new favorite in Daytona Beach! The ambiance is the best -- the bar, interior dining room and outdoor spaces with lush greenery are beautiful! The real candles with years of melted wax is evidence of years of memories! The service is top notch -- Ben did a great job and it appeared obvious that the entire team pays attention to detail. The menu read beautifully and sounded amazing, we were excited to try many things, but sadly everything was bland and disappointing. We started with the ahi nachos and bao buns. The tuna is ground up so it's tuna puree atop a deep fried chip, and it was not good. The pork belly bao buns had better flavor but the pork was really tough/chewy. We were hopeful that our entrees would be better, but the rack of lamb was ordered medium, and it came out much less than and even slightly cold. The chicken needed more seasoning, and the sea bass and farmer salad were best, but again, not worth the high price tag. Service was very attentive, and we're not complainers so we did not want to send anything back. But for the prices, we expected much more flavorful and property cooked food. read more

After reading the reviews and finally making my way back to Daytona, I finally made reservations to the famous Martini's. I highly recommend making reservations as this place gets packed! Tucked away in South Daytona, far far away from the beach side and the International Speedway there's Martini's. With enough parking to accommodate the restaurant. There is a sweet little cat that the restaurant feeds who literally greets the guests coming in/out of the facility. You're warmly greeted with dark brown colors, well lit trees, and a huge waterfall that that separates the restaurant from the other establishments nearby. The restaurant gave me L.A. vibes all the way. Very dark, romantic, wooden, and candles filled the space. Minimal but comforting but priced just right. The food was great! I ordered the Red Oak Salad to start and the Seminole Grass Fed Filet Mignon along with a slice of Butterscotch Cheesecake. The waitress we had was great, super knowledgeable, polite, and professional. The food came out perfect and everything was devine! I highly recommend checking this place out if you're in town. I'd like to give a 5- star rating. The evening began well, the server excellent. When our dishes were delivered, 2 out of 3 were tepid. The other was perfect. We only requested one dish be warmed up as it was actually cold on the outer edges. The waiter apparently had to get approval, the hostess retrieved the plate and instead of just getting it taken care of, practically scolded us as " The kitchen sends plates out the second they are ready. " okay, great. But the dish ( and part of the other) was not warm. Don't talk to us in a tone intended to shame a customer for wanting a hot meal. We came here for our anniversary dinner at the recommendation of good friends. They did not steer us wrong. The red oak salad, the escargot, the filet mignon and the Bahamian lobster sauté could not have been improved upon. I'm sure the desserts are wonderful as well, but I could not have had another bite. I have been wanting to visit this restaurant for months and finally got to go! You really need a reservation but we were seated by the wonderful host without one. The inside is very intimate and classy. The outside garden area has a beautiful garden area with a water element. The server we had was Katie, she gave us their drink specials for the night and served all of the courses very efficiently. She was able to recommend wonderful selections. We started with the escargot, flaky pastry accompaniment. We each had a salad, the house salad is artwork! My husband had the scallops and shrimp, the scallops were buttery and just melted in my mouth. I had the crab stuffed salmon with vegetables, the salmon was rendered and tasted like the ocean. Beautiful restaurant! From the front you wouldn't know what's inside and in the back area. It's a fabulous oasis. We sat outside around the large fire pit table. It also offers a wedding venue. The drinks: All of our martinis were perfect. When we each took a sip of whichever, we exclaimed in satisfaction. Starters: we ordered the spring rolls, Brie and the lobster bisque. They were great, winning in that order. Food: I had the shrimp and scallops. The portion was large. Tasted GREAT. And I took the rest to go. As you drive by this place, it doesn't look like much, but as you drive into the rear parking lot, you are transformed. I've already visited this place several times and whenever I leave, I can't wait to go back. The food is consistently spectacular and the service never disappoints. All the servers are good, however, we always request Raven. She always greets us as if we are family and is extremely attentive to our needs and wants. Last night we I had the Brie appetizer, a couple of delicious martinis the Chilean Seabass and the scallops and shrimp. They were all Exquisitely plated and delicious!! The service and ambience are great. However, I've never...ever, been to a restaurant that seems to be so non-accommodating especially at their price point. My partner accidentally ordered a drink where one of the ingredients gives him an allergic reaction - he took one sip & realized his mistake. I asked the waiter if there was anyway we could get a drink in replacement of. Mind you, I've worked in restaurants for years and even when a patron just flat out didn't like a drink or even a meal we would offer to replace it or atleast give a discount. When he came back after checking with management he said he could not take the $17 cocktail off the bill. This is NO fault of the waiter, he was great & following orders. As someone who appreciates the sourcing of organic and local ingredients, grass fed meat, and wild caught fish, I was immediately drawn to this establishment. The complimentary, warm, fluffy, salty crusted bread served alongside super green, high quality olive oil was the first good sign. Our waiter John was very sweet and professional. The filthy martini was The wild caught sea bass was insanely flaky and delicious, paired with an umami, creamy sauce. The duck was also phenomenal, as were the steaks and house made ice creams for dessert. The decor and candle-lit vibes were immaculate. Fine Dining in Daytona? Check! After researching some places for a nice birthday celebration dinner for my Dad, we settled on this place. From the outside, it looks like an assuming cocktail lounge from Ridgewood Ave if you pass by. When you turn into the driveway, there's an ample amount of parking and a beautiful oasis with both indoor and outdoor seating. We had a reservation and it may have not been needed during the pandemic. We were seated promptly even though we were a bit early and able to order some appetizers right away as we were hungry. The buffalo sriracha calamari was very good. Nice and crispy with a hint of spice that wasn't overpowering. The star appetizer, and maybe even dish of the night, was the Escargot. Oh my, it was so tender and although I may have tried it once or twice in my life, it was the best I've had. There was no work digging them out of the shells, the sauce and puff pastry went great with it. A very elevated dish! The soups and salads were also very good and fresh. The house salad was elegantly presented with thinly slice cucumber making a small bowl for the salad (pictured). The Caesar Salad was nice and fresh with a Parmesan Crisp. The soup was fresh and good (and hot). Two of us ordered the Bahamian Lobster Saute which was expertly prepared with the lobster cut out of the shell in pieces and the scallops seared nicely and not overcooked. Gordon Ramsay would be proud. The sauce was rich and went well with everything. The veggies were a little under-cooked, but still good. The Sea Bass was excellent as well. The texture was melt-in-your-mouth good. We're always afraid to order Sea Bass as it's hit or miss with it being cooked properly. They hit it out of the park here. My picture didn't turn out great, but you can't capture succulent in a picture anyway (at least in food). We passed on desserts as we had a cake at the house, but they were all reasonably priced. The double espresso ice cream was calling my name (it might have been saying Go or No). The service from Raven was amazing. She was attentive and was refilling waters and clearing plates and checking on us throughout the night. The dining room was nicely decorated and the outdoor dining looked super awesome with water and flames dancing around. We were looking for a nicer restaurant to eat at while in Daytona. I called and asked if they would accommodate our family a nonservice dog. Without hesitation, they did. When we arrived, we came walking up and didn't even go inside, yet the person came out knowing exactly who we were. We sat outside, and the weather and ambiance couldn't have been better. The service was phenomenal, as was the food. we did order an appetizer and three filets. Usually, when you have steaks together, the temperature is bound to be messed up. This was not the case.
