We had 4 cars we took there and always had confidence in the work. Jon's gone and I'm stunned with the change in service now. They don't offer an online list out of items inspected including pictures showing what they've found, and recommendations for work needing to be done. They don't text you with an estimate. They don't call if you need something replaced; you find out only after you show up. The customer service is gone. But it's worse than that. But what really shocked me up was opening up the hood of my car to add some washer fluid only to notice the air filter housing was still unclipped, which seemed negligent. But opening the housing I discovered the air filter was missing entirely! They serviced my car 5000 miles ago and my car didn't have an air filter put in. I was just planning on taking it in for service but it won't be with them now. I'm livid! I'm done with Diablo Auto Specialists, or Autoworx or whatever name change is going on there. I would never go back and would highly discourage anyone else from going there.

There was already a poorly patched up dent from the previous own (I bought used). Seeing that it's just best to re-do the whole door I went around to auto body shops to get estimates. Seeing that I'm a woman that looks young and naive, I got estimates for work that were absolutely not necessary to fix the door. The entire time I reiterated that it was an older car and it wasn't necessary for it to look cherry or perfect. But, the shops didn't care. Frustrated, I came to Todd at Bay Auto Body. From the get-go Todd was helpful, knowledgable, and honest. The options he offered me were completely reasonable and ultimately he went out of his way to take the time to find the best solution for the fix. The work was done quickly and my rear car door looks better than when I first bought it! I could not have been happier with the work as well as the overall service from Bay Auto Body. It's a real workshop--honest, hardworking, and run by people who are the salt of the earth. Tod is a master of color. I still remember years ago when he had me bring in my 2010 Lexus at 8:30 AM sharp just so he could match the paint under the specific angle of the morning sun. You just don't find that kind of obsession with perfection anymore. Most recently, while working on my Acura, he uncovered a massive layer of old Bondo hidden under the paint from a previous owner's hack job that I never even knew existed (even though it was a CPO car!). Instead of just covering it back up, Tod stripped it to the metal to fix it the right way. Whether it's a tricky White Pearl or a metallic finish, Tod is the only person I trust in the Bay Area. I took my 2003 Toyota Tacoma in for service because my check engine light wouldn't turn off. Jeremiah and his team diagnosed the issue, cleared the codes, and let me know that my water pump was on its last legs. They advised me to closely monitor my temperature gauge and strongly consider replacing it sooner rather than later. The check engine light stayed off until I was just 10 miles away from my smog testing appointment. Rather than miss the appointment, I went in and explained that I likely wouldn't pass. I called Walnut Creek Auto Pros, scheduled an appointment to replace the water pump, and asked them to check the EVAP codes as well. After the repairs were completed, I returned to the smog station and passed without issue. Even though they're 35 miles from my home, Walnut Creek Auto Pros is the only shop I trust to work on my truck.

Recently I convinced my boyfriend to take his Honda Pilot in that was having issues with the speed sensor on the transmission. Another shop he took it to tried to scam him and make him pay thousands for a new transmission instead of being honest about the issue being the speed sensor. I convinced him to give Andy a call and let him know about the speed sensor diagnosis. We organized a time to have the car towed in, they were able to take a look at the car and fix it in less than 24 hours! I can always trust every time I come to Walnut Creek Imports that they are being honest with their diagnostics and suggestions for fixes. They also do not price gouge or try to take advantage of female's with pricing! My boyfriend's car runs like new and so does mine thanks to the continued service I have gotten from Walnut Creek imports over the years. Cannot recommend this shop enough!

I had my 2 young grandchildren with me and after a walk to see the Maseratis and "lambos" on the corner and a cup of hot chocolate, my car was ready.
