I ordered my food through GrubHub. And let me start off by saying everything was correct. The chicken wings were done how I like them. (Extra Crispy) I also got two hoagies, one steak, and one turkey and bacon. I wish I could give them a 4.5 because the food was delicious and spot on, just very messy. Once upon a time, Mozzeroni's was a very nice Italian eatery within walking distance of Lake Ontario. Then it moved next to a Tim Horton's in a gas station mini-mall in Irondeqoit next to the Expressway. There I had one of the lousiest eating experiences of my life. The new 'eatery' now consisted of three closely-bunched tables, one of which (ours) was under a blaring TV screen. The counter people were abrupt and cool. The food--a Friday Fish Fry, pizza and hot dog--took almost an hour to cook. What looked like a homeless stringy-haired elderly drug addict eating nothing sat at the next table staring at us throughout People constantly walked around us making orders or moving to the convenience store to the left. (There's no wall separating the two establishments). It was noisy, cramped, smelly, dirty, and slow, and the price tag for the--lousy, tough, third-rate--food was over $70. I was there with a friend, and when it finally arrived, we both agreed to take the food out rather than eat it there. I should not have made the great mistake of eating it at all, since the result was the Godawful stomach ache I still have today. Reader, don't trust the reviews from years past, when Mozzeroni's was a much better place The current hellhole should be shunned at all costs. Let me start with the good: Their chicken fingers, French fries are incredible. They have an awesome garlic blue cheese for dipping. The bad: small menu that doesn't make a lot of sense. Nothing healthy in the menu. Everything is processed fake food and it's expensive as all get out!! The only reason I go from time to time is because it's in walking distance to my house or because friends want to go. I personally don't see the attraction but I'm more into healthy and organic food. read more

We ordered out through DoorDash. The food was great actually. I had the Calzones (godfather) and it was great. Everyone said that their food was good. Delivery through DoorDash was good and timely. The only reason i took a star away was because i ordered through DoorDash and they didn't allow you to put all of the options on a sub that we wanted. They only allowed one option. I never write reviews on things. Never. However, I felt compelled to write one yesterday based on the very disappointing food I got from Marvin Mozzeronis in webster. The slice of pizza I got was cold, the cheese congealed, and the sauce dry and cracked, as though it was perhaps several hours old. The Sloppy Plate fries... well, the fries were unfortunately also cold, undercooked, and soggy. Today, I figured I'd be a good sport, order from there again, and left a message for the owner that I wanted to give him a chance to redeem himself, (since I heard reviews were very, very important to him). Imagine my surprise when the Webster police department called me to inform me that Mark Natalie, the owner of Marvin Mozzeronis's pizza, called them to say he didn't want my business anymore because I "threatened to write a review". Wow it always amazes me when the simple act of making a sub sandwich becomes somehow difficult for some shops...It's really very simple, give the people what they pay for...If you have the brass to charge $10 or more for cold cuts put some meat in the sandwich for god's sake...I never complain about the cost of any meal if what I ordered was worth the cost...In this case in sure wasn't...I have found more meat and topping's at 7-11's...Seriously NOT worth the money at Marvin's Culver location...Now if you compare these subs to say Rubino's on East Ridge rd, you can see what a REAL sub should look like at the same price, TOTALLY worth every dime...Sorry Marvin but where's the beef?...Oh well I guess I'll have to travel to get a great sub at Rubino's or similar... read more

Having ordered from several Marvin's location, this one is arguably (applying all objective standards) the best by far. The staff is cordial and professional. The menu is extensive, all of which available for ordering online. Their pizza is great, the dough/crust being among the best. It would be difficult to think of any complaints... ...except perhaps the lack of ketchup. (Near every time we've ordered, no ketchup was supplied. Even if the option for 'double order' of ketchup is requested. I can only assume they are still suffering the impact of the Great Ketchup Shortage of 2017, which is regrettable.) read more

A group of family members were together for a gathering at a nearby beach house rental. To make life easier, we ordered a catered meal from Mozzeroni's in Irondequoit. The person who took the order was friendly and personable. The day before the delivery I was called to double check the order and delivery time/address. The delivery was right on time, and the delivery guy was another friendly person. The food was so delicious! Hot things were piping hot, and cold things were just right. And the portions were huge, we had enough for a meal of leftovers the next day. Everyone in my group was very impressed... so we ordered pizza from them a couple of days later. Stopped in last night late .after the beach. Originally was going to Don's but they had closed early on a Saturday. ?? We were happy to see the outdoor seating. This is the first place we have actually ate at the location during Covid instead of take out. The pizza was perfection! Crust crunchy..sauce perfect..charred cups of pepperoni made pizza over the top good! Got 24 wings and the medium pizza which was plenty for 4 ppl.to share. Also got the garlic bread with tomatoes on top. I would go back just for that alone!! Now let me tell u about the wings. SO MANY PLACES serve rubberry undercooked wings. Not here! They were the BEST wings we ever had for real. Huge and perfectly crisp outside with moist chicken inside. The garlic parm sauce was plentiful and I wish I had taken it home to dunk bread into tomorrow! Even the Bleu cheese was fantastic and u can tell it's homemade! Very few full service restaurants even have good blue cheese anymore...and we noticed how different theirs is! I never write reviews but when a place is this good I am happy to do so. It's not a restaurant..it's a typical pizzeria...but there is definitely a difference when eating your pizza straight out of the oven on the premises as opposed to later after steaming in a cardboard box. No comparison. I recommend getting out of your usual pizza rut. We always order from the same place and no more. Large bright sign out front advertising the lunch menu price. First customer before us walks in asking about the lunch menu and is told it doesn't apply during the weekend. Pretty sure she walked out afterwards and I don't blame her at all. I would have done the same thing too if I wasn't already with a group of people. If that is the case where the weekends don't apply for whatever silly reason, take the foldable sign sitting near the street away at least during the weekend so you're not falsely representing prices when people walk in to order off that menu; OR, you can simply put on that sign that it doesn't apply during Saturday or Sunday. Finally, a medium pizza for $16? really? definitely way overpriced for the tiny size. I literally have had frozen pizza's that were larger in size. Never ever again. read more

I have ordered from several Mozzeroni's locations and I have always had great service, which is why I chose to order from them tonight via online and have it delivered... BIG MISTAKE!! After waiting 50 minutes, I called and inquired about the status of my order as it was still not showing a delivery time online. I was placed on hold and when the staff member came back, she informed me that it was already out for delivery. Another 20 minutes goes by and the food finally arrived. Yay right? Nope. The pizza was cold and my "hot" wrap was cold and soggy (it fell apart on my sweatshirt and jeans). I am very disappointed in the service tonight and will not be ordering from this location again. One of the very BEST pizzas you'll get in Rochester,NY. The owners treat people with an incredible amount of respect and couldn't be more helpful. I can't recommend them highly enough. Their deliveries are right on time and this is one of the nicest group of people in ANY Pizza shop you'll ever go to. I can't thank them enough for their great food and on time deliveries. Stopped by tonight to pick up some of their blue cheese (which I do regularly about twice or more a month) arrived at 9:46PM and the doors were locked! Clearly Yelp, their website and THE DOOR says it's OPEN UNTIL 10:00PM!!! I was super excited to get the blue cheese but severely let down. I work in the industry so I understand wanting to get done early but the business has set hours for a reason. Did I also mention every neon sign including the OPEN sign were clearly lit . An employee was outside in the back lot by their delivery vehicle with all inside lights on. Not only did Marvin's lose a sale tonight , but they lost a sale to a loyal customer who will now be frequenting another location. Set hours are set hours I wasn't coming in for wings and a pizza but a few jars of blue cheese which is easily a $20.00 loss and over the course of a year is a pretty penny to lose for locking the doors 15 minutes early. Hope it was worth it. Sad part is the employees are still there working. No reason to turn customers away. Well if you want a generic pizza place look no further. Marvin's isn't bad but its not unique and that is the problem! The unfortunate fact is that we live in a day and age of chain restaurants! These places tend to cheap out on ingredients and recipes. If you want a basic pizza that won't leave a lasting impression this is the place to go. One good thing about Marvin's is that they have a large menu and the pricing is not bad. If you are not in the mood for a generic pizza give the calzones a try, they pack them with lots of meat and cheese which is nice because you feel like you get what your paying for! The chicken strips are also fairly good there, they are baked rather then fried which is a huge plus in my book! Bottom line, it is an average generic pizza shop with decent pricing that will not leave a lasting impression on you. As for the staff, they are really friendly and sincere. read more

stopped in for a quick to-go order of wings because i had to get back to work. ordered them extra well done (crispy) with medium sauce. well done wings take a maximum if 12 minutes to cook. i stood there for over 30 minutes waiting for my wings. there were only 5 people in the place. when i got back to my office to enjoy my wings, they were barely cooked all the way through and the sauce was so hot & greasy i couldn't eat them. and at almost $11.00 for a dozen wings, i don't think i'll be back. read more
