Haven't had cams in years, since they went out of business in my tiny hometown. I don't eat regular pizza, I only eat white garlic, so I was hoping that they still sold slices! I came for lunch around 1:30, and to my delight, there was 10 different choices of slices. Including.... White Garlic!! They got it right in the oven, and brought it out fresh! It was the perfect amount of crispy crust and melty toppings! The slice and a 20 Oz soda cost me $5, and they have meal deals with a couple slices and a soda for 6.99. Always been a fan of the Cam's pizza chain, and a while ago I was pleased to see that they've expanded into Henrietta. Cams is one of the better pizza chains out there, since they eschew the doughy & chewy style of other local chains. We have always enjoyed a consistent pie from Cam's, and this location is no exception. I've compared notes with the manager here, who really knows the business and is super receptive. One time I ordered a mushroom pizza and they had run out of mushrooms... They gave me a coupon that was good for a free pizza at a later time. All in all, great pizza and great service. Stopping for a slice or a pie is a regular occasion for us at this location! read more

This is one of their newest locations and it shows. The tile that stretches around the entire Pizzeria and the granite counter tops are modern and sleek. Very fitting for the fast growing, busy area of Henrietta. Close to the heart of the town is an amazingly delicious za joint to have your meetings or even bring the whole family. Went in yesterday for a sweet and tangy slice and because the employees were so friendly and the food was good I came back in today. Something new they have been having out at the Cams locations are the Sweet & Tangy knots. Ask the pizza chef to prepare you some, you won't regret it :) Go Cams! read more

I am really, exceptionally disappointed with your Henrietta store. The last 3 orders I have placed over the last 3 months, not one delivery has arrived within an hour, 2 have never arrived. The last time I suggested that your store not offer delivery anymore. Tonight I ordered at 815pm, for delivery, decided to give it one more chance. At 925 I call the store, no answer. Weird. Call again. No answer. Check online, store hours say: 10pm. Extremely frustrated I get in my car and drive to the store, the lights are off, no one is there and the closed sign is up. Are you fucking serious? There is also no way to talk to a person through your shitty 'OrderSnap' software, so I can't get a refund until tomorrow. Your Henrietta stores needs to stop offering delivery. Period. Full stop. They obviously do not have the drivers necessary to adequately support the area. You are not in a convenient locations, so good luck with your pickup business. You've lost a customer, probably permanently. read more

Stopped in for some quick slices, they were huge and delicious!! I got the sweet bacon/chicken and buffalo chicken. Both hit the spot and were fairly priced. It was a nice quick bite before the sunflower festival down the road. Service was very friendly too. I would definitely make a point to come back if I'm around the area again. read more

The 2 stars is because I like NY Style pizza but the business and the owner don't even deserve 1 star. It was our anniversary and we drove in from Greece because we love the pizza. We walked in at 7 o'clock when they close at nine and they completely gave us dirty looks. We asked if they were open and they said yes, but rudely. OK now we feel very uncomfortable. So we bought a medium ny pizza and a chicken finger and fries for my son and 3 sodas. It was almost $50. We get our food and we need some dipping sauce. They gave my son 1 soufflé cup of ketchup. He probably needed 2or 3 of those soufflés because he doesn't eat other sauces. So we go up to the counter because there isn't ketchup out anywhere and ask for some more. The guy gets really snippy and says he has to charge us $1.25 for another soufflé. What the heck............really? $1.25 for a small souffle of ketchup with my food that I just paid ALOT of money for. My husband says OK I'll pay for it but I just want you to know that is ridiculous, they start getting real nasty with him and said oh well. He says I come in here all the time and the owner says in a really nasty way, "I've never seen you before"! My husband comes in during the day with his work people in a uniform and he came in that night with his family for a special occasion so the owner didn't recognize him. It doesn't matter anyway we were paying customers and they treated us like garbage and we're so unfriendly and I will never go there again. After all that happened, we had to sit there and eat our $50 pizza with aggravation in our hearts and we really wanted to just punch him in his face. If you'd like being treated like crap, go eat at camp's pizzeria. The owner is a little jerk and I hope he goes out of business treating his customers this way. read more

Oh my gosh. Boy do I miss the hell out of this pizza and wings. I loved Cam's. You could get amazing pizza and excellent wings under the same roof and the best Buffalo wings. However where I live now in Central Florida not only does the pizza suck here but you don't stand a chance in hell to find pizza and wings like Cam's or any authentic New York Style pizza. This was the most expensive and least tasty frozen pizza I've ever had (assuming frozen, as that's how it tasted). We got the Sicilian tomato pie which normally is one of my favorites but not this time. It hardly had any sauce (a must for this kind of pizza) and the crust was chewy from the start (hence assumption of frozen pizza). Leftover pizza was stale within 2 days in the fridge. Possibly one of the grossest pizzas I've had in a long time. We did also get the wings which were decent (why my rating isn't a 1), but I don't think I'm going to be running to return to this store. I ordered a Buffalo chicken pizza - this was the worst Buffalo chicken pizza I've had thus far. It was like a cheese pizza with a small amount of Buffalo sauce and undercooked white chicken that did not look appealing. Very boring pizza, from the moment I saw the pizza I knew it wasn't going to be good. I'm pretty sure I would have enjoyed the pizza rolls I have in my freeze more than this pizza. Hopefully this review helps them to spice this pizza up a bit. Otherwise, I don't plan on going here again. read more

I was up here on a business trip and was excited to try some pizza while I'm in New York, I saw this spot right off the exit and decided to give it a shot. The inside was clean and the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, the pizza here was very disappointing, to say the least. The crust was tough, it felt like I was trying to tear off pieces of overcooked steak. The fried eggplant was disgusting -- it tasted like it was in the freezer for too long and got old. I won't be back, and if another spot in the area falls through, at least I still have far better NY Style pizza places back home in Carolina. read more

Nothing special. I had a 12" pizza with mushrooms and onions delivered. I paid $26 and some change. That's a lot. The wait time was not bad. About 35 minutes. But the pizza wasn't warm at all. The cheese was already semi-hard. I couldn't see and sauce except for the red color around the edge of the pizza. The crust was so thin in the middle they it had disintegrated so when I tried to remove a slice, all there was was cheese, onion and mushrooms at there's tip; no crust or sauce. Very little flavor. All in all, pretty bad. It tasted like it had been sitting around awhile. Fast delivery though. That's whit I gave it 3 stars instead of 2. read more

Disgusting, disgraceful, distasteful & dissatisfied. As outrageous as the prices are, you'd think you would get top notch quality!!! Ordered a large pizza and buffalo wings. The pizza was very undercooked. It was dry, soft, bland and doughy. If I held up a slice, it would completely flop over because it wasn't even baked properly. The crust was all puffy and powdery. The cheese was only steps away from being raw. The wings were ok but not even covered in sauce. I just wish I'd taken more pictures (besides not going in the first place) of this abomination. There was no sense in taking it back, there were only 2 people working. The young lady was nice but the guy who was "cooking" didn't appear to be somebody that you would want to redo your order- he appeared angry. At almost $41, I shouldn't have to finish cooking it at home myself!!! Smh. If you want better NY style pizza, then try Joes Brooklyn Pizza which isnt too far or better yet Pizza Stop!!! read more
