What also stood out was the way they handle scheduling. They were flexible and willing to work around school schedules, which made things so much easier. The attention to detail is clear not only in the dental work but also in how they run the office. Everything is very clean, with water and coffee available in the waiting area, and the entire staff is warm and professional. This place is great…read more As soon as you walk in there's a huge waiting area that's decorated so nicely and ample seating. I was in and out in 2 hours with minimal waiting time (first visit and had to fill out paperwork). I was called in and hadn't even finished my paperwork. The dentist actually takes time to explain the entire process and what to expect during and after. I think total treatment time was estimated to be an hour but I think he finished in less than that. There's parking in the back! My insurance covered most of the charge, approx 80-90% but did have to pay an out of pocket charge for the CT scan, which isn't common but something the doctor asked for to ensure precision. Hopefully won't need to come back but if I ever need another root canal done, definitely will be coming back here.

I frantically was looking same day for a dr who could see me, I couldn't handle the pain for a second later. I did a quick yelp search for endodontist close to me and was lucky enough to have this pop up. I called this office and was immediately greeted with Judy over the phone. She was so kind and sympathetic and helpful. She fit me in right away and she could hear in my voice my desperation. I rushed over to the office which was super easy to locate and in a beautiful building, Dr. Ramon Roges saw me and immediately I felt comfortable. I was very scared but the moment I talked to him I could tell this was no ordinary Dr this was a Dr with a vast amount of knowledge and experience and honesty. He has wonderful people skills and helped me understand everything so clearly . He brought me so much relief with his kindness. I knew he was staying later for me and he never showed it for a second that he was rushing me or upset to leave. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to the dentist and I shared that with the dental assistant Sergio who was SO kind to me and helpful. He helped me through some moments I felt anxious and I was so grateful for that . I've had to call the office a few times and Judy and Dr. Ramon always call me back and always talk to me.
