It's a small thing, but it perfectly represents her approach to customer service. The sushi itself is remarkable, and the chefs clearly appreciate their customers. They routinely do little extra things that make us feel valued and create a level of service that really stands out. We generally spend around $100 for two people, including one alcoholic beverage and green tea, which I consider very reasonably priced for the quality of the food and service, especially in today's economy. The only thing which surprises me is that the restaurant often seems slower than I would expect. We've been on both Mondays and Saturdays, and I honestly don't understand why this place isn't packed.
