I started with the Cauliflower Tahini Soup, followed by a build-your-own salad bowl, a Chocolate Chip Cookie, and a Minty Pink Lemonade. The soup had a rich, creamy texture, though I found it a little too salty for my taste. Not knowing exactly what to expect, I loaded up my salad bowl with lentils and rice, mixed greens, hummus, baba ghanoush, crispy onions, pita bread, chicken shawarma, brisket, sweet beets, pickled cucumbers, pickled radish, pickled cabbage, cauliflower tabbouleh, marinated eggplant, and finished it with Brassica's roasted garlic sauce and tahini. Every bite was fresh, flavorful, and full of contrasting textures. The combination of crisp vegetables, savory proteins, and creamy spreads made for a hearty, satisfying meal that kept me full long after lunch. The Chocolate Chip Cookie was exactly how I like it--crispy around the edges with a slightly well-done finish and plenty of chocolate in every bite. To wash it all down, the Minty Pink Lemonade was the perfect balance of sweet, tart, and refreshing, complementing the bold Mediterranean flavors beautifully. Overall, Brassica is a great option for a quick, customizable meal made with fresh ingredients. While the soup wasn't my favorite, I'd happily return to build another salad and try more items from the menu.

Every time, they serve the most beautiful, FULL plates of food with some of the best-tasting Mediterranean dishes I've ever had. As a vegan, it can be tough to find restaurants that are truly accommodating, but Mazah makes it effortless. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and takes such great care of you, no matter your dietary restrictions. They are genuinely the kindest and most helpful staff I've ever experienced at any local restaurant in Columbus. Being family-run, dining here truly feels like you're part of their family. You can tell how much pride and care they put into ensuring every guest has an amazing experience. I truly couldn't recommend Mazah more to everyone--this place is an absolute gem!

I was in a time crunch and got takeout, and it traveled perfectly back home! The vibes there when picking it up looked awesome, I'll definitely need to go back for an in person dining experience! I'm a big fan of shish tawook & Mazah's is delicious! I love the chargrilled and garlicky flavors; and the tumeric rice goes nicely with it. The shawarma is also packed with flavor and getting some pita and hummus is a go to call! The baklava is a perfect sweet treat to end the meal!

I always bring a big group and order the large platter with extra sides of hummus, baba ganoush, fries for the kiddos and it never disappoints. The portions are generous, everything tastes incredibly fresh, and the variety lets everyone try something different. The staff is welcoming and makes the whole experience even better. I asked her where I go could get good Palestinian food and she suggested trying Lavash. I was expecting a small family restaurant, but Lavash is a large restaurant that apparently does a lot of catering also. My wife and I love Middle Eastern food and I can't recommend this restaurant highly enough. The Friday Special, Lamb Mencef was delicious and could easily feed a family of four, with several sides also. Basically it is large pieces of Lamb and lots of yellow rice, and a wonderful sauce, so you need to order (or make) side dishes too. We both are in our late 70's and no longer have large appetites, so this dish lasted through several meals. We both are from the Midwest and lamb is rarely on menus here in America, and the lamb on this dish is about as good as it gets. Very mild and not dried out. Thanks for the recommendation, Summer!
