Dear Owner " im sorry I dont have your name, I asked the awful human very nicely and proffesionally but I was rudely ignored. This person represents a major problem within your company and definetly takes the win for your establisments most detrimental, toxic, mindless hazard and degenerate of an employee working graveyard and is a very real and strong problem and poison and company killer on your current payroll . Lets call her "marys secret poisnous graveyard employee" the ineptitude is baffling. I'm writing with deep concern--not just for myself, but for the future of your business, which I believe still holds tremendous potential. What's happening right now, though, is quietly but effectively destroying that potential from within. There is an employee currently representing your company whose repeated actions are undermining everything your business could and should be. And this isn't just coming from me; I personally know multiple people who have had similar negative experiences with her, and the feedback in our community is unified and is consistently negative and shocking. My goal in this review and direct letter is to include you in this conversation happening within our community and also outside of it. My objective is to inform you on what people are all seeing and experiencing: Lets start, she's dismissive, unhelpful, avoids selling products, refuses to problem-solve, childish, dishonest and conducts herself in a way that's both unprofessional and completely out of alignment with any healthy business standard and is completely inept and very obviously and also widely believed by experience with many patrons as not able to mulltitask at all. What's worse is how she actively shut me down when I respectfully asked for your contact information. That kind of avoidance tells me she knows what she's doing wouldn't withstand your scrutiny. She's not protecting the business--she's protecting herself, at your expense. Here's why this matters more than ever: Toxic employees cost businesses significantly. You deserve to know what's happening before this continues to chip away at your brand, your revenue, and your community trust. I'm really dissapointed about my experience at this store. I ordered two dozen donuts for a potluck at work, placed the order in the morning, and paid right away. The cashier was super nice and told me they'd make fresh donuts for me, even wrote down how many I wanted and what time I'd be picking them up. But when I got there, a different cashier wasn't friendly at all. I told her I was there to pick up the donuts I ordered, and she just grabbed some old donuts and started putting them in the box. I reminded her that I was promised a variety of fresh donuts and that I had already paid for them. She just said, "I didn't get the order. I don't know. It only says 2 dozen holes. You should have ordered 'various kinds of donuts'" and was really rude about it. I explained that I clearly told her what I wanted, and I don't understand why I even bothered placing the order in advance if I was just getting old donuts. She kept insisting she didn't get the order and then just shoved the box at me. She didn't apologize at all, just gave me a dirty look and had a bad attitude. This isn't the first time I've had issues like this. Some cashiers really need to learn how to handle customers better and be more friendly! read more

First- the donuts they make are excellent. Second- the staff is friendly, with only two of the many employees being average to below average at customer service. Third- the one star? How does this make sense? Simple. I watched a man be denied entry at the door because he didn't have a face mask. EXCELLENT!!!! But then why would taller blonde g female employee during the day shift wear merely a token face mask? Where it doesn't cover her nose and she regularly pulls it down so her mouth is no longer covered. Then later the same day in the early evening an older female employee wears a face mask that doesn't cover the nose. (And didn't use gloves like the earlier employees). What's the point then? While I understand if you wear glasses, having a homemade face mask can present a fogging challenge. These are the issues a business owner MUST work though to ensure the safety of staff and employees. Took my daughters to Mary's Donuts and they loved it. We got some sprinkle donut holes and cold chocolate milk for them, and I had a breakfast croissant sandwich. Well never going there again. I was trying to order a sandwich when I saw this girl with tattoos all over her arm and really messy bun was making the sandwiches. Lulu makes the best sandwiches!!! Mine and my husband's favorite is the veggie and she kills it every single time. I think we went back like three or four days in a row because it was that good! The staff are always super sweet, helpful and patient with me when I'm trying to pick out a donut or two (they all look so yummy!). read more

Dang, Mary's Donuts really hit the spot! Swung by for lunch and grabbed a sandwich and a smoothie--both were on point. Super fresh, super tasty. You can tell they put care into what they serve.
