Invoices are attached highlighting the staff that helped as well as things I felt were important to highlight. Basically: the price-matching and the hassle-free warranty replacement (since damage was deemed irreparable). What isn't shown in the invoices is how attentive and considerate Mauricio (red shirt) was during my warranty replacement visit. Highlights: (1) he put my car in the system such that I would be immediately next in line as soon as the replacement tire came in, (2) spent considerable extra time with me to diagnose TPMS (tire pressure monitor) issues after the replacement, and; (3) made sure I had face-to-face contact with another red-shirt member (Sebastian) in case my TPMS issues were unresolved when Mauricio is not present. I did want to mention that it was extremely busy when I came in. It took me some time to actually get to talk to Mauricio specifically, but his professionalism was worth the wait. Lastly, I wanted to give a shout out to the technicians that actually serviced my vehicle on 10/29/25 and 01/19/26: those guys did fine by me. PS: Mauricio was right; driving a few miles fixed my TPMS issue. PPS: With the amount of construction in Millbrae and Burlingame, I'll probably see these guys again--when I do I'll be confident I'll be taken care of well.

They were telling everybody, all 28 of those cars, that they would be done by 6 PM. There was a guy who came in to check on the car that he left yesterday, they told him his car would also be done by 6 PM. I believed them 0% that my car was gonna get touched this evening and I drove away after wasting nearly 5 hours, at 4:45, with a screw still in my tire. editing this at 6:40 the same day, they called because they were finally ready to begin service on my car. lmfao!

Gave a call at…read more9am on a Friday morning to see if an alignment was possible as I've been to two shops beforehand (acevedos who couldn't do it cause they didn't have a tool for my lowered car & agundis who couldn't do it as their tech was ooo). Carlos was honest on the phone saying they might not be able to do it because it was lowered and may not fit, but told me to swing by to take a look and confirm. I arrived at 930 and got my vehicle started on at 940am. Before starting, Carlos gave me his diagnosis trying to save me money for something that may not be needed, but I proceeded with it (my TPMs light wasn't on, but I got new wheels the day before and wanted sensors on all of them). Picking up my car, Carlos said he'd drove my car around the block 3 times to ensure the alignment was all good. Carlos was honest and consultative on the phone, and was the same in person. Shortly after the service, my car began leaking oil significantly. Within days, the engine started producing smoke. I had the vehicle inspected by another mechanic, who found that an INCORRECT oil filter had been installed. This improper installation led to oil loss and further engine damage. Prior to this service, I did not have any visible oil leaks (no oil on the ground, no smoke). When I contacted the shop, they denied responsibility and only referred to a "pre-existing leak," without addressing the incorrect oil filter installation at all. They also stopped responding after I provided this information. I have since filed a complaint with the California Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) and am providing documentation and evidence. I recommend being very cautious when considering this shop. THEY ALSO mixed up my service records with a completely different vehicle I owned in the past, which raised concerns about their accuracy!

The Costco tech told me that one or more of the sensors was likely busted but they don't have the sensors in stock. Yeah, I probably can just manually check the tires weekly but I'm used to the sensor. Today, I talked to Izzy over the phone, the owner at Peninsula Tires . Relayed to him what Costco told me. An after-market sensor cost about $80 & OEM is about $130-150 each. There are 5 sensors. He told me to drop by their shop so they can check. All the sensors were working fine. His son & another guy checked my tire pressure on all tires including my spare. Reset the sensors & they didn't charge me for anything. Just good old fashioned great deed & an impressed future customer. Out of real appreciation, tipped his son. So grateful there are still honest service providers around. Thank you!!

Services were completed on-time with 100% satisfaction every single time. I eventually started bringing my daily-drivers here as well (usually in the wintertime so as to not bother the team during the motorsports season). Melody once diagnosed and repaired a long-standing rear-end clunk with my G37S, probably saving me hundreds from a stealership. Tl;dr: solid workmanship, no BS, 100% honest and transparent.

Alignment work was perfect, not even off a .1 degree off for toe or camber from left to right. I am actually impressed. When I got the vehicle, everything was still clean. Other shops I have been to, made my seats and steering wheel dirty. One last thing is their price was way more than fair. This just shows their work ethic and professionalism.
