I rarely take the time to write reviews but am so thankful for my experience today at Audi…read moreLouisville. I purchased my Q3 from them less than a year ago and continue to drive 90 minutes each way for maintenance because the customer service is outstanding. Justin Kinsey assisted with my appointment today and was able to get me out sooner than expected despite their busy schedule. My salesman Frank Eaves also took the time out of his day to stop in and chat. I probably bought the cheapest car on their lot but It goes to show all their clients are treated the same. I highly recommend this dealership.

My wife was driving from Lexington KY to Evansville IN on a recent Friday. She called at 6:10 pm to tell me she had a flat tire in New Albany IN. Not repairable and no spare tire. (Did you know lots of new cars don't have spare tires now!? Check yours!) I went to get her, we had the car towed to Audi Louisville, the closest dealership, and went home to Lexington. I called the next morning and spoke to Jason who initially told me that he couldn't get us a tire til Monday due to staffing, which would've been a big inconvenience. I asked him to check stock for our tire to be sure Monday was an option. A short time later, Jason called to say that an off-duty technician had come into the shop for something and agreed to stay and install our new tire! It was ready by 11 am so off we went back to Louisville to get the car. My wife was able to continue her trip to see family. Huge thanks to Jason and the tech who helped us out. They went above and beyond.

When she tried to take it back to have it addressed, staff treated her poorly and attempted to charge her for repairs. She was in tears. This was her first car--purchased with the entire $5,500 she had worked over a year to save during her last year of high school. She had no money left to fix a vehicle she had just bought. We contacted the previous owners and learned Craig & Landreth had paid less than half of what they sold it to her for--and made no repairs before reselling it. When I spoke with Joey, his response was essentially, "That's the risk of buying a used car." I reached out multiple times seeking some form of remedy. No meaningful effort was made to do the right thing. My family had purchased several vehicles from Craig & Landreth before and trusted them enough to send our daughter there for her first car. That was a mistake. They took advantage of a young, first-time buyer and sold her garbage. That $5,500 was everything she had. Watching a company show zero conscience about taking it from an 18-year-old speaks volumes about their character. The experience was devastating for her and permanently soured what should have been an exciting milestone. We eventually repaid our daughter ourselves because we felt awful for referring her to a business that treated her this way. I reached out to Joey again recently--still nothing. It's especially disturbing to see him publicly brag about spending $3,000 on a cheesecake for charity while showing no remorse for ripping off an 18-year-old fresh out of high school for $5,500. I guess one makes for a better photo op than the other.
