Because my hair is so stubbornly straight, the curls didn't hold perfectly the first time around. But the founder is absolutely amazing--she was incredibly sweet and offered me a second session completely free of charge! I came back a week later so she could assess my hair and redo the process to make sure it turned out exactly how I wanted. In total, the process took about 5-6 hours, and the cost was $500 for the root lift and perm. It was totally worth it for the level of care, patience, and dedication they showed. She had cut 6 inches of my hair off and looked regretful at the end. Even her coworker was expressing in Korean how short it was. My hair is a mess and it's too short now to be saved. Yet, I still had to pay a whooping $90 for it. The owner of the business also seems to be gaslighting and bullying anyone who gives them a negative review on here.
