Very disappointed with this salon. Terry was my stylist and she cut my hair at half the length I asked for. She was chatting away with another stylist, probably not paying attention. When I asked her why it was shorter than what we agreed on, she didn't offer to fix it. I spent $70 for my hair to look exactly the same as when I walked in. Smh. read more

Carrie is incredibly knowledgeable and even attends workshops regularly to stay up on the latest in the industry, which is great for someone like me who likes to change my hair style frequently. Got my hair colored by Diane. I used to get my hair colored all the time and I usually have trust issues with salons due to bad experiences of how my hair would turn out. I came in on a whim one day after work and wanted to get my hair colored. I came in with a really washed up red color that needed all sorts of tender loving care. I explained to Diane how I wanted to wash out all the red and was looking to change it into a pretty brown. She listened to what I wanted, and added her own suggestions as to what would not only look great on my hair, but would care for my hair as well. I came across this salon on my lunch break and had a great experience! Walked in on a Thursday to inquire about prices and I immediately booked an appointment for that Saturday with Brittany after a quick consultation. My first time experience with Brittany was amazing, I had a blast with my ombre! She only had me as a client the whole time which I appreciated because I have had other stylist who jumped around between 2-3 clients at the same time which meant there was some waiting around time. Not with Brittany though, she was there the whole time and was very attentive and made sure i was comfortable with coffee and magazines. She was the one who created what is now my signature peek-a-boo blonde highlights style & no matter how many times I think it's time to move on to a new hairstyle, I just can't. She's good at what she does & she pays attention to what you want & all the details of executing the style. I always feel bad because she spends at least 2 hours on me each time (cut, color & highlights) but I always leave looking fabulous.
