First time here. The food was great. We got the #1 to share as it was more than enough for both of us. We took another reviewers advice as this comes with both beef and chicken to decide which we like best. I still can't decide they were both delicious. The service was friendly and got our food in about 20 min which was fine because it gave me time to look over the pastries. I got a chocolate croissant and some baklava. I am only reviewing the hot grilled food - not the bakery items. I order the lule kabob plate & also the pork chop plate and the food quality is excellent - delicious & generous portions. I have ordered some of the ready made pastries and cakes on display and was not happy with them - they were old & stale. Stick to the hot grilled food - its freshly made when you order. Tonight, my husband and I decided to buy some pastry from this store for the first time. We went to the Burbank location store with our service dog, the host, a blonde girl litterally jumped from the back and with an angry tone told us it's not a dog friendly store and we need to leave. We tried to explain that the way she approaches customer is not appropriate and she needs to ask first if it is a service dog or no, if the answer is no then she can ask us to leave. Because of her attitude, this easy convarsation escalated and when we try to show our dog's service card ID to her, she rolled her eyes and said she doesn't want to see that and we need to leave. To all dog owners and lovers reading this post, it is not the first time I go to a store with my dog but this kind of rude attitude, disrespect and hate to an animal is not appropriate and acceptable at all and that employee is not trained how to approach a customer and start the conversation. read more

We decided to try a new restaurant. The prices looked great online, but when we showed up, everything we ordered was 60 cents - $1 more an item. When we questioned the cashier about the difference in price she said those were old prices and charged us the new prices. They should realize there's laws about that....False advertising! read more

Excited to try this place because it's near my house and I constantly crave Armenian BBQ. First off encountering the women that work there were rude to begin with. I explained that it was my first time so please explain the menu, she still wasn't clear. I decided on trying the pork kebab and the beef kebab. Waited 20 ish min for my food and drive home. I was excited to taste the tabouleh first ( had to pay extra to change my side) it was so dry and no flavor to it. So I moved on to the pork... All fat pieces! Gross! Then the beef... Good but def lacking in flavor . If I had to rate the overall food with experience I rate this a 2.5. I will not be returning. I rather drive 20 min to a much more expensive place where the food is good and people are nice. read more

I can't choose zero or even some negative number otherwise I would for their awful customer services. It started with one of those ladies who left me and turned in to other customer while I was still ordering. Then the other one started to make fun of the Armenians from Iran, at that point I said that is not nice to do. That cashier started to yell at me. I complained and she started a fight with me. Even she said go out of my store like if she is the owner. Then I asked my money back ( I paid upfront for my kabab)since I know when you complain of something in food places they may do something to your food. Then one of the guys took me to the kitchen to observe from scratch so no doubt on me that they don't do anything to my food.......1000 time no customer services . The cashier who starred the fight with me non stopped was harassing me in a point that I was about to faint. I could call a police. Everyone in that store apologized me except that lady who even cussed me. The degree of humiliation is not describable. The degree of rudeness of that lady is not even definable . She has no place in any workplace that needs customer services. I will contact the owner and I will then update this. Unbelievable experience. So disappointed. I couldn't even believe what she was saying and keep yelling at me. I forgot to mention that rude lady gave my order to someone else most probably purposely so I had to wait twice. I WAS a regular costumer, but my orders are mainly placed online and someone pick them up for me. The food is good, pastries are good. The story changes if you go there in person and if you are not Armenian, they treat you like scum, especially this one lady who was very rude. My bad experience today : Two other guys(Armenian) got there after me, and they were served before any of the clerks even asked me if I needed help. When they finally helped me, she was very rude!!!!!!!! I've seeing that some other people have complained about the same, but it seems that the issue continues (probably the rude lady is the owner of the place) not a nice way to do business! read more

No reason to return here. We live in the area and have seen this place many times while getting Subway or getting our dog groomed. Saw that they had breakfast so my wife and I decided to give it a try. The gal behind the counter seemed bothered by our presence as she was chewing whatever she was chewing. Nonetheless, we both chose a ham, egg, and cheese on a croissant. This bakery only had one croissant. It was 8:30am, a little early to run out of croissants, don't you think? The cranky lady said one sandwich could be on a flatbread. My wife let me have the croissant and she opted for a simple eggs, hash browns (which were really french fries) and sausage plate. It took a lot longer than I expected to just make up some eggs, but they were eventually ready. My wife looked at her egg platter and the eggs were made sunny side up. The employee never asked how she wanted her eggs. So, I switched with her and gave her the croissant sandwich. At this point, my wife was irritated, took one bite and was ready to move on with her day. I brought the breakfast sandwich to work with me for lunch. While eating it, my teeth found four small pieces of black plastic (one got caught between two teeth). We'll stick with Denny's, which I'm sure will please the gal behind the counter that was just trying to eat something. read more
