After a long day of work l went to this place to order a late lunch for me and my husband. I bought more items on the side. They told me 20 mts. Which it was fine with me. My husband picked it up in 20 mts. He got home and 1 of our lunch was missing. I went back and they told me "oh sorry maybe l didn't add it or charge it" (by the way they never gave me a receipt). Beware!!!!! They take orders online, claim the system is down however they keep the $$$$. Last time I checked that is illegal!!!! It was this review or the BBB. Here it goes! We order from here a lot as its close to my work. In the past we would place it online and go for pick up to find out that the system is down, blah blah and they asked us to call to make sure its ready. This time I called and the lady on the phone said that they didn't get my order and can't do anything as the system is down. She asked to cancel my order (I couldn't as I didn't create a profile) and to do it over the phone. I asked for $$ back and that I would go to somewhere else. She said ok come I'll give you a plate. Excuse me??? I am not asking for charity, I paid for my food, what do you mean you'll give me a plate? I never picked up that "plate" and of course the charge went through. Very disappointed in having to change my review one of my favorite bakery/ restaurants. Bad customer service most workers are respectful. Cashier was rude and I reminded her that she has to respect the customer she ask me to leave. As a loyal customer for more then 4+ years I returned and kept consuming from this location worker was upset because she wasn't able to kick me out. After a few days she gave me spoiled rice. When I called to complain I was told they have serve more then 75 clients and no complaints. When I went to take the order back management was embarrassed didn't offer to give me my money back just new order. Lesson learned never go back to a restaurant with poor management and workers who speak over management and customers. read more

Every time I come here, there is tension in the air, I swear. The first interaction with them they messed up our food order and kept calling us liars, my second interaction with this place is to order ahead of time, at first they said it would be done in 20 minutes and we called again in a few minutes and they said 50 minutes?! And my third time coming here, the woman at the counter was so fidgety and gave poor customer service. Their kebab plates are good and their bakery food items are great too but never going to come back because they are so unorganized and have poor customer service. read more

I have a friend that live in this area, and everytime i come out to see him we stop at the bakery for some good Loulea Kebabs. We ordered some plates of Kebabs and usually take them 30 minutes to cook them. We come inside to pic up the food and little line inside. Usually young teenage girls covering the register. I ask for some Tzaki sauce, and they gave me a whole lots of it. Cusotmer Service is ok here, It could be better. Keep in mind, I have a few coworkers in my industry of Armenian heritage. Armenians are not very social people unless they like you or feel comfortable around you. Even in business. So i dont make a big stink about it. I work with some. Upset. I ordered food at about 7 on in a Tuesday night and was told it would take 30 minutes to prepare.. okay, that's understandable. What wasnt, was the burnt food I had in my plate. I got a Luleh plate and a soltani plate (combination of Luleh and shish) I came home To one Luleh plate and one burnt meat box (no Luleh included btw) .. I have attached pictures of the rock hard burnt meat that I couldn't even bite. The "Luleh" plate went straight into the trash bc it was burnt so bad, before I decided to write this review. You can check my history, it's extremely rare for me to score low. For New Years of 2023, we ordered cooked BBQ meat. We received the food and ate it as we normally do, and a few hours later nearly half our guests and family members became ill. Almost our entire family was food poisoned. Even our two year old began to throw up chunks of their chicken lule kabob. Absolute garbage of a place, certainly had some level of cross contamination (maybe high amounts of orders dropped quality?). Nonetheless, we will never return here again. read more

Stay away! I had a bad experience once and vowed never to go back. Foolishly, I failed to heed my own advice and decided to give them another try because their cakes are really very good. I'm sorry I did. As usual, all four workers in the store at the time completely ignored me. This time, I told myself to be more patient than my last visit. I have ordered the beef louleh kabobs and Chicken kabobs before and it never disappoints. I cannot tell you I am an expert in middle eastern cuisine but you can tell the difference when it's not to your liking. Their prices are very very reasonable which I believe they should charge more because the food is delicious! I've phones in orders and my boyfriend has walked in and ordered and they are always very courteous as well. Their pastries are to die for!!! In the same parking lot that houses my sister's all-time favorite quesadilla, you will find this cute bakery. Oh yeah, and about one hundred reasons to hit the gym after you've been. After loading my sister down with a quesadilla that looked nearly as big as a large pizza, (she shouldn't have room for anything else) I grab her by the arm and pull her into the bakery next door. What are sisters for if not to tempt each other with junk food? Wow this place is cute! Sparkly -clean gleaming shelves filled with decadent sugary confections have me wishing I were not allergic to the majority of all things bakery. Before I became gluten-intolerant, I clearly recall loving the fruit tart. The one so perfectly sumptuous with pristine pieces of symmetrically carved fresh fruit. magically colorful. The one flipping me off from beneath the glass here. I tell my sister that the fruit tarts look good, hoping that she will order one. If she does, at least ONE of us can live the good life. Mini versions of these masterpieces go for about 60 cents each. These guys have to be losing money! I think to myself. Gluten-free friends, do not fear entering a bakery! There are a few things that you can eat at bakeries that are often offered. French bakery? Creme brulle, Jewish bakery? Macaroons. Latin bakery? Flan. Italian bakery? Panna cotta. Armenian bakeries, like this one, often offer stunning meringues. Meringue ingredients: egg whites, sugar, cream of tartar, That's it. Here, the meringues are ENORMOUS. Two for the price of one! Sandwiched between a little mouse and crushed almonds. One of these babies look like it would feed a small family. Price tag? A little over 1 freaking dollar! My sister ordered a small chocolate dessert that was filled with mocha mouse. She gave it about four stars. She promised to try the fruit tart next time.:-) The cashier rings me up for two desserts. Grand total? About $2. I look around to see if there is a hidden camera somewhere. Clearly, I am being "punked" right? The cashier wraps our pastries up in a chic box and tells us that she has only been open for a week. Yum. One, she says is potato and the other meat. Dang, these things smelled VERY good. Since I prefer savory things to sweet ones, now I really wish that I could eat the wheat that sums up the hot dog bun-length savory pastries, like a long empanada. How much do I prefer salty to sweet? When I was a little girl, my family would pick up donuts on the way home from church. I hated donuts! So the kind woman that ran my neighborhood donut shop would make me a cabbage filled egg roll. She was a sweet one! What kind of kid prefers Cabbage to donut? This kid! My sister loved the savory pastries. I watched her eat them both.:-( Some girls have all the luck. The next time I have a party or potluck to go to, I'll be back for a beautiful box filled with the kind of pretty things that will make me the life of the party. I thought the flavor on the chicken was good but I think I will do the chicken breast next time cause the texture was a bit weird for me. Everything was good and it's a great price!!! I ordered a potatoe panchtik and the two ladies in the back kept joking to each other and forgot to put my potatoe pastry with my order and god knows if they charged me for it. Then one of the ladies pulled her mask down and talked on all of my pastries she didn't even understand when I told her how disgusting that was. I ended up throwing out the pastries on the top of my order so I don't catch covid and ate the walnut heaven crisp underneath. When u walk in don't plan on getting asked if your ready.
